Newly Renovated Condo - on the Bus Line

We arrived and the home was clean and plenty of room. That was the best part. No chairs or grill on the deck. Grill fine but no chairs we wanted to sit on the deck. They did eventually bring some cheap camping chairs. Lacked kitchen supplies for making meals, pool was under construction which was the reason we booked this one. When I asked if there was an alternative they said we have a great pool on site. Clearly they didn’t know it was under construction. The biggest issue was we were told we had two parking spots. We o my needed one but didn’t even get that. When I asked about it was told there is additional parking on the street and that parking was approx a half mile walk. That is where we had to park after I dropped my sleepy parents and kids off. Walking down the hill in the dark with no sidewalks. They were not helpful and I had to contact them multiple times. I was extremely disappointed. I think the bigger problem was the company running the show Vasca. They also ran our first VRBO and we have a few issues with that one as well. I have never ever in all the years of using Vrbo had this many issues or really any issues. I have never even wrote a bad review. After the first tried to give me a 45 dollar discount I did get one night refund minus fees. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. We won’t be back.

We enjoyed our stay here and thought the space was perfect for families and groups traveling together.

Group of new and old friends got together this year in Vail. The home meet our needs and expectations well and we were not disappointed. House had one parking pass included and when we called the local rep to get another they had it delivered within a couple hours

Best part about the property is the 30 second walk to the bus with direct access to Vail Village. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a day in the slopes. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. Did not appear to have been vacuumed following the previous guests departure.

Very nice and very convenient

Worked great for our group and is close to a bus stop that takes you in town.

This place is ideal for one family. The upstairs space provides no privacy, it has no curtains to darken the morning light. The price seemed right but could have been better equipped with essentials.

Very clean. Great use of space. Perfect for our two families. Good location. The only drawback was a lack of dining table, but we were able to make do. And one of the queen beds was extremely firm.

Location was fantastic. Literally steps away (like, 30 seconds) from a bus stop that takes you directly to Vail Village in 5 minutes. Hot tub was pretty nice! Interior of the property left a lot to be desired. Nothing was absolutely horrible, but most things were at least somewhat subpar. Kitchen stocking (cookware, quantity of plates/bowls, etc) was pretty poor. Dishwasher didn't really work; we ended up hand washing nearly everything. Lighting in upstairs bedroom was poor and layout was very weird with a gap in the wall between the loft and upstairs bedroom preventing proper noise isolation. Water heater capacity was insufficient for the guest capacity. Living room furniture was a bit weird e.g. the folding dining table was extremely unsturdy. Some of the bathroom sinks did not drain well. Parking was insufficient; at one point there were no spaces in the lot to park our two cars.
