Newly Renovated Condo! Ocean View, Steps to beach, pool, private balcony,A/C

The condo was VERY clean and a short walk to beach. We loved the privacy of the balcony. The kitchenette was perfect for our short stay. There is no elevator in the building but we kept the beach stuff in the car so we did have to bring it up and down the steps. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, new, well-decorated, AC works well, the location is great - half a block from the convention center and half a block from the beach. It is small, though, and lacks some items many beach condos have. Bedroom:Sheets, blankets included, which is very helpful. King sized bed, very soft (a positive or negative depending on preferences).Bathroom:Nice towels & cloths included. Hand soap but no shampoo/conditioner.Water pressure is great.No washer/drier (they’re there, but locked so you can’t use them).Kitchen:Very minimal, best for people who don’t plan to cook. Keurig with pods — very much appreciated! No dishwasher, but also no dish rack or dish towels. No cutting board, the only knives are steak knives.None of the random condiments you often find at beach condos (i.e. no salt/pepper/ketchup/soy sauce/etc). No oven, but there is an air frier and an extra large microwave, both which were great.Only two countertop burners, which were very very slow to boil a pot of water.Living room: table seating for two (four if you gathered the chairs and moved the table out)two comfy couchesBalcony:Small, concrete, no cover to protect from the sun/rain, shade only early in the morning; you can see the ocean from one of the chairs. Beach:Nothing included. (No towels / chairs / umbrella / toys / etc.)Pool: small, between the building and the sidewalk; we didn’t use it. One parking spotOverall, happy with our stay!

This coming from someone who cleans their rental and a hotel before we unpack, I had absolutely no need to do that here. This property was amazingly clean and had everything we needed for the five days we were there. It’s in a great location. The washer and dryer is not included and it is a third floor walk up but That didn’t bother us and we had a great time and would highly recommend this place.

It was beautiful, looked exactly like pics. Owner, Very nice and attentive! Loved nearness and ease to get to the beach. Thanks for making our vacation awesome, even tho the weather didn't cooperate!

We were coming down for a show at the Freeman Stage and decided to stay a couple of days extra. We knew we didn't want to stay in a hotel, as anything nice was too expensive. We took a look on VRBO and found this place. The place looked great, and when we arrived it was even nicer than described. The location was perfect. We could see both the ocean and the bay from our balcony. The beach was just a short walk from the condo.

I booked a Father’s Day weekend trip for my husband, daughter & I. There were no reviews at the time so I was praying the place was as described. I could not be happier with this find!!!!! Steps away from the beach, great parking & plenty of activities right around us. The place was CLEAN! I’m a bit of a neat freak so I was over the moon excited when we stepped into the place. The decor is beautiful & the host was super responsive before the day of the trip. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Tia for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. Our hearts are full after this family vacation.
