Stayed Jan 12, 2026This condo was outstanding! The location was excellent with easy access to the beach and pool. The space was well designed and well equipped with everything we needed for our two week stay. We hope to return to Marco Island and would like to stay in this same unit again!

Stayed Dec 25, 2025The apartment was ideal for a couple, clean, spacious and everything you needed for a comfortable stay. amenities were close, beach on the doorstep, the complex was well looked after and the residents were very friendly. The beach buggy with umbrella & chairs left for our use were a great addition, Jeanne left us a welcome bottle on our Christmas Day arrival, (Thank you). Arrival instructions were clear and the whole 2 weeks were absolutely amazing. We hope to stay again, Garry & Elaine

Stayed Oct 14, 2025Host was great at communicating check in, condo was wonderful. The pool and grounds were lovely. There was plenty of kitchen items to use for cooking (this was good since we were there for 10 days), and the views!!! We are already to book again!! Thank you for the perfect anniversary trip and location!!

Stayed Feb 29, 2024This is our second time staying there.The view from the balcony is amazing. Looking down at that enormous beach and great sunsets. Condo is all updated. The people that rent at that complex are all very very nice.Jeanne revamped my reservation to get me extra days . She was very helpful.

Stayed Nov 1, 2023Had a wonderful visit in Marco Island. The unit was clean…the bed was very comfortable and the view of the sunset from the balcony was simply awesome. The owner…Jeanne…was very courteous. Had one very minor question at checkin and she was there within 15 minutes to solve the problem. Excellent!!! CJC

Stayed Apr 22, 2023Jeanne’s condo is very well appointed with everything you could need and more. Plenty of supplies of dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, etc plus herbs, spices & coffee filters. Large, comfortable rooms and a great balcony on which to sit and look out over the beach. We mostly self-catered and ate all our meals out there. Great view of the sunsets. Having laundry facilities on the same floor was a great asset. The whole condo block is well maintained and cleaned. Very good location - we walked to the lagoon early morning to see the birds - one morning we saw roseate spoonbills & raccoons! We appreciated the beach chairs & umbrella which were provided for our use. A couple of times we took the bikes out. We hadn’t realised what an asset direct beach access is on Marco. Jeanne is a very responsive host and answered our pre-booking questions promptly. The check-in information was clear and timely.
