Newly Renovated Beachfront Condo, steps from the ocean!

This condo is in a great location and met all the needs of our family. The floor to ceiling patio doors were what attracted us to the condo, and the views did not disappoint! The owners were in contact at all times, and the process and instructions were easy to manage and very clear. I would definitely recommend staying at this location!

Property was excellent and was very nice. The host was super responsive as well as extremely helpful in assisting any needs and giving us a seamless check in. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The condo was very nice with a beautiful view of the ocean out of all the living room windows. The sunsets were amazing. The host answered any questions I had promptly. I will definitely being staying there again.

Our 3-night stay was perfect for our family. The owners were very accommodating with our late arrival, and the condo had everything we needed. The ocean view from the living room and wrap-around balcony was spectacular. We loved the privacy of the master suite and the extra space the two bedrooms gave the kids to spread out and relax. Would definitely stay again!

A spacious place for our family. A good view of the ocean. A nice location on the beach.

Awesome property location and view. It was exactly as described in the listing. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Home is well kept and clean. Hosts were fast to respond to any questions.

The condo was very well kept. A lot of space for the family to gather together.

The keys are a little tricky but that’s the only negative thing I could say. You do hear construction sometimes but it’s not horrible. It was a little loud at the pool one of the days but again not a deal breaker. Beds are comfy. Condo is pretty. Beach wasn’t crowded at all and we even met some fishermen that are regulars and were so nice! They let the grandkids see baby sharks they caught and feed “Spot” bait (a bird that follows them and then us around on the beach). Too cute! Pool was nice too. Several places to shower off too. I’d come again!

Stay was nice and place was very clean!

Our family of 7 stayed and had a most fabulous view of the ocean at all times. We were extremely impressed with our unit. It was gorgeous on the inside with more than ample room for all of ! It was decorated in an Ocean theme. They have thought of everything a guest would need!! Pleasantly surprised there were even chairs and water boards for the unit. They had an outdoor pool which was kept very clean. Our host was responsive to our questions. Hands down we said we would definitely return. Can't thank you enough for making our trip accommodating for all ages.

We were blown away with the condo. It was as advertised and more. Clean comfortable. Magnificent views. We will most definitely be returning in the future.

Condo is beautiful with ocean views, as described, good communication with owner and clean.Parking limited, construction ongoing, only 1 elevator available for several days. Condo approx. 3 miles from Boardwalk and Bike Week area. No walkable options for meals.

Everything went well, the communication with owner prior to and during stay was excellent.Beautiful view all shopping that was need was near by ,great restaurants near by.Will definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay for our Christmas at the beach. Clean, easy parking. It does need more items to cook with as we had to buy pots etc. otherwise it was very nice and comfortable. We had our 85 year old grandparents and older uncles and Aunts all come over and enjoyed Christmas together. It was a blessing as one of our dear Uncles has departed this earth since. Then. The property was very nicely decorated, however the Master Bathroom needs some attention. Unfortunately My parents could not Enjoy the view due to the ongoing renovations. That was not stated when I initially booked. The pictures showed a wonderful balcony were my Senior Parents Could Enjoy the Ocean. This was really the main reason for my booking. We were disappointed because of that. There are A Lot of Rules.. Overall the property could be Extremely Relaxing for you or Family Once All Renovations are Completed. The property managers were available when needed,

Solid property with some exterior repairs in progress. The completed elevations are very clean and fresh. It appears that all the exterior windows and doors have been replaced. The sliding doors to the balcony were very smooth operation and had recently been installed. The interior was clean and neat. Our family had a very relaxing time at this location.

The owners were very responsive to any questions I had before and during the stay. Super nice couple when talking to them on the phone. The condo is located in a great location. Beautifully decorated, and newly updated. Spacious, 3 bedroom, with a nice living room area that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The outdoor patio is very spacious to sit and drink coffee and watch the sunrise. Will be back to stay again soon.
