Newly renovated: Atlantic Beach Retreat

Everything was great The condo was clean and well decorated. We had a lovely time. Our host was quick to respond to all questions. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your home away from home.

Beautiful condo. Nice ocean view. There is a short distance to the beach, but the walkway is not too long and has a nice rolled out wheelchair ramp through the dune to the beach. Unbelievably wide beach, not too crowded.The condo itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great stay, as advertised.

This condo is top-notch! It seems to have been recently updated with new cabinets, appliances, and paint. The master bathroom is amazing with a great shower. There are lots of beds with plenty of room for everyone to stay without feeling crowded. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could ever need. The community offers tennis and basketball (bring your own equipment), which is fun for teens. The indoor pool and hot tub were a big hit, as it was a little chilly still for the ocean and outdoor pool. The instructions for check-in, check-out, and using amenities were clearly stated. The host communicated regularly via text to make sure everything was going well, which was appreciated. 10/10, we will definitely stay again!

We rented this property for our family vacation, which included a 3 year-old. Loved having all the options on-site for swimming. Close to lots of activities! Would definitely come back

Had a wedding to attend in Morehead City and decided to stay on the beach. You can definitely tell the place was recently remoldeled. Everything was comfortable and relaxing and well thought out. Host was great and checked on is to make sure all ok. Will stay here again.

The condo is beautiful and extremely well equipped. There was plenty of towels and supplies available. The kitchen and bathrooms had more than enough necessary articles. This was the best stocked place I have ever rented. The hostess went beyond expectations in making us comfortable with all the requirements and rules of the condo rental. Directions for travel and what to do were available as well as suggestions for places to see and eat. Our hostess was prompt in contacting us with entry instructions and how to access the premise. This was by far the most simple and best communication I have ever had in all my rental endeavors. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely nothing to complain about in this room! We have stayed in quite a few rooms and this room was by far the most amazing room we have stayed in at Sand Villas. When I say fully stocked...it was fully stocked!!! Extra trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, washing powder,toilet paper. There was so many extra items. Made it easy to relax the first day and not have to run out to the store. The kitchen was fully stocked as well. This room felt like home. It was well kept, renovated and such a beautiful room. Beds slept great. Kathleen was a joy to work with. She answered all my questions promptly. Definitely will recommend this room because it was an amazing room!!!

We have been staying at the Sands for 14 years and we have never stayed in a unit as nice as this one. The owners' renovations are indeed as lovely as the pictures. The unit is well stocked and well maintained and Kathleen, the owner, was wonderful. She was in touch with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was in order and we enjoyed our time there - which we definitely did!

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing! The owner went above and beyond and had the best communication and professionalism. Everything from entry, security, passcodes, Wi-Fi, TV, etc. was a seamless easy experience. Atlantic Beach is the best and this property makes it even better.

Perfect place, location for family vacation

My husband and I recently visited and we had a great stay. The condo was in a great location on the property and the condo had everything we needed plus the owner was super helpful. The double sinks and full kitchen were definitely a plus for us. Also, the beach was not over crowded vs other places we have stayed.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this beautiful condo! It’s was a perfect fit for our family and Kathleen was THE BEST host! We’ll be back next year!

Kathleen was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. She gave us access to her storage area that had everything we could need to enjoy the beach (wagon, chairs, shibumi, boogie boards). The condo location is nice and quiet, at least in early June, and was very clean. Found some rare shells, but unfortunately not 1 single shark tooth! 100% recommend this property and would definitely consider coming back.

Our family of five stayed comfortably for three nights at the end of May. We were pleasantly surprised that the actual space was better than the pictures. Our friends, who also stayed in the complex, were envious of the unit. Everything is updated and clean. The owner is responsive and friendly. The beds are comfortable, everything works, and it feels warm and inviting. We liked it so much that we automatically booked another stay.
