Property was good value and clean. Clear communication on expectations for check-in and check-out. Would stay here if in the area again.
Was on the 38th floor, the view was beautiful especially at night, clean apartment, host wasn't in Hawaii but each time I contacted him a very quick reply and help.only slight problem thin walls, upstairs was noisy, I contacted the owner and he quickly rang securityand they came to see me, good security. I will be coming back and staying in there other apartment and will always stay with them. Good for solo traveller's and couple
We had previously stayed in this same unit in 2019 and had no problems what so ever. This stay was not as good. After a very long travel day and evening arrival at the unit we found the unit to not have been properly cleaned. The sheets on the bed were nasty, the floors appeared to not have been swept or mopped. We contacted the property manager and she had to come and change the sheets on the bed and also do some minor cleaning. The refrigerator had not been wipe out and still had residue from previous use. There were hairs on sink and commode in bath room. The unit only has a window AC unit which does not work very and has not been on to cool the unit prior to our arrival. There was also a fan to use but the AC and fan cause dust all over the curtains which appeared to not have been wiped down or cleaned in quite a while. The unit size was sufficient for our use and the location is very good. The check in process was very easy. Some of the furnishings need to be updated but the overall issue is the cleanliness of the unit.
This is exactly what the description and pictures show. It’s on the 38th floor but the elevators are very fast. Very touristy neighborhood during the day but gets a bit rough at night. Less than a mile from Waikiki. Parking was a bit pricey at $35/day but I have no idea if that’s fair or not because I’ve never lived in a big city. The room is small but well kept and the view is pretty cool. Can see the ocean and a lot of Honolulu. The owner was very responsive. Overall, it was a great two days in Oahu!
The place is super cozy and tidy. Great location. The managers are very easy to get in contact with. I definitely recommend!
This property met our (2 of us) needs as we were out exploring most of the time and it was a good place to return to each evening. It’s in a good location for walking to various places. Communication was terrific as all questions were replied to in a very timely fashion. Mahalo Shujie
Suite is simple and clean. Nice view. Comfortable bed. Only drawback are elevators.... super slow. Coffee and Malasadas at coffee shop on lower floor are yummy.
This property is very well located, even though it is on the edge of Waikiki, near the canal. Our room had a great view of the ocean and the hotel complexes near the beach. We were able to walk easily to the beach and there were several good dining options nearby. The kitchen was well supplied for eating and coffee packets were provided by the owner/manager, which was nice. There weren’t any good utensils for actually preparing food. For instance, I had bought some carrots and celery to nibble on and there was not a knife I felt would cut theses vegetables, just a table knife. I don’t think there was a carrot peeler either. The unit we stayed in was definitely studio, very tiny, but furnished with everything we needed. Since we were not in the room much, it was fine and the price was definitely good for the location.
For the rental fee paid, this was an acceptable place. The location was good. I would have liked a small chest of drawers for our clothes. Also the tv selections were bad. We spent our evenings in the room so better tv selections would have been nice. Shujie was very attentive and always promptly responded to my questions.
Very good location. Great views 180*. Close to eat out locations. 10mins walk to the beach. 15 mins walk to Ala Moana centre. 20 mins walk to Waikiki beach and the international market centre. We where there over new year, great fireworks display from our window. Big enough for 2 people. Onsite pizzeria, 2 cafes, pub, pool, laundry, little store, burgers, all good food.
Love this place. Had everything I needed. The location is perfect. It was roomy, clean & just perfect. Shujie was very attentive to my requests and responded to questions in a very timely manner. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The bed & pillows were very comfy. Loved the location. Close to anything you may need as far as shopping and eating go. Inexpensive breakfast less than 1/2 block away. Will definitely stay here again.
