Newly remodeled second floor condo at Pebble Beach

Owners had great communication, answered questions quickly. Home was clean and was as the pictures are shown on the site. Location was close to restaurants, bowling and shopping. Beach was a quick 2 -3 minute walk from the apartment Kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals. Gated community. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was well lit and comfortable. The remodel made it look and feel clean and well appointed. The location is excellent. We would stay there again!

The property was clean, easy to get to the beach and it felt like home. It was a great stay. They were even nice about the craziness that happened before i got there a day late. Amazing people and property.

Was a nice clean condo located on second floor. Cannot see ocean or beach from this condo. Is approximately a 1/10 mile walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Sofa and loveseat in living room were okay but not very comfortable. TV had Roku and Spectrum cable (including ESPN). Pebble Beach condo complex has an automatic gate at the entrance so public cannot enter. This was nice for quietness and security.

We stayed here for an anniversary beach trip and had a great experience. The beach access was a short walk from our door and all of the local restaurants were either a short walk or a quick drive away. The condo was clean and comfortable and the owner recommended Caribsea to us, which was our favorite meal of the trip. Highly recommend!

Lovely condo, steps from the beach, pools, tennis etc What more could you ask for? We had a wonderful time. The owners were very quick to respond to questions and offer recommendations. I would highly recommend.

Hello, This is a clean and tastefully renovated roomy condo with a nicely stocked kitchen. Us seven adults spent the week here. We had plenty of space for cooking and movie time. Whats very convenient is both couch and loveseat pull out into beds, great for movies!We also liked that all the bedrooms have they're own outdoor decks.This is a short walk to beach, with plenty of beach items provided to use,We will certainly rent this unit again!Russ and Carrie,from Pittsburgh! We had a great time on EI. Location was convenient to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

Instructions were very clear on how to enter the gated property. We had no trouble at all. The condo was well stocked! Even beach towels and sand toys were provided. The kitchen had everything we needed. We're already making plans to return during the fall!

We enjoyed our stay in Pebble beach, the condo was nice but did have a little dust on fans and art which we had to clean off when we arrived. The fridge also needed a wipe down but the condo was an easy walk to the beach and close to bike trails which we enjoyed!

I highly recommend these condos, especially this owner. They were extremely accommodating. We will be back.

Communication was great and I was surprised with how stocked the condo was! I brought a lot of things with us just in case, but the condo had pretty much everything we needed in its kitchen (They even had a Dyson so we could keep the floors clean during our stay). Some internet trouble the first day, but they communicated the fix and things were perfect after that. All-in-all a great choice for your beach trip!

Beautifully decorated and well maintained condo! Very reasonably priced with all amenities needed for a great time.

The condo was newly remodeled and very clean. It was very well stocked with amenities and was exactly as advertised. The whole complex was very well maintained, the pools were nice, and just a 4 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

The place was cute and worked well for our family vacation with 6 people. We liked being close to the beach and the pools.

Spent a week with the kids. The condo is as described, and well-stocked (plenty of kitchenware, sheets, towels, etc.) Would definitely return.
