Stayed Oct 11, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and very usable and well supplied in the kitchen. Happy for that!! We were there visiting long time Ludington friends and happy to stay there. Lack of closets was a problem. Getting out of bed on one side in the master bedroom was a problem. Queen bed vs king would solve this problem. After a week, we were still having trouble figuring out the tv!!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Condo was clean and beautifully decorated with a Ludington water theme. Many Brad Reed canvases on the walls. Kitchen was well stocked, including a crockpot. You can see both the Badger and House of Flavors from the balconies, the marina and a playground. We loved the location so close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We're hoping to come back again next summer!

Stayed Jun 14, 2023Somehow spacious and cozy at the same time, this was a great place for our family of five! We loved the location that allowed us to walk to different shops, restaurants, and attractions. Beds were super comfortable and all the furnishings were very nice and clean. Check-in process was easy, and all amenities were appreciated even if they weren't used!
