Due to the location of the condo, during winter months, A 4WD OR AWD VEHICLE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, or at a minimum, good snow tires.
The full size sleeper sofa is best suited for 2 children or 1 adult.
This home does not have air conditioning however it typically remains comfortable due to the higher elevation and fans that are available for your use.

Nice location with new bathrooms and kitchen. The beds were very old and were not Queen mattresses as advertised. Dresser stroage could be improved. The pool and hot tub also peaked in 1988. Convenient to visit the slopes but probably looking elsewhere next time.

The location is great and the layout of the condo is nice for families. However, there are some key issues that you should be aware of before renting this condo. 1.The condo is ill-equipped to cook for a family. The kitchen does not have enough plates and pots/pans to cook adequately. 2. The condo did not adequate cleaning supplies: It did not have enough trash bags, no hand soap, limited dish soap, and used sponges. I don't think guests should have to supply those items 3. The first night, there were mechanical noises that sounded like a sliding door making it almost impossible to sleep. I emailed the property managers who wanted me to record the sound in the middle of the night?!? Mechanical sounds continued throughout our stay but not as bad as the first night. 4. Beds are memory foam...so if you do not like this type of mattress, be warned. 5. Dirty towels were left in the one bathroom and it was obvious that the floor was not vacuumed. Sheets did not appear to be cleaned in the one bedroom. I called the property manager and was told that the room was cleaned; no offer to come and replace sheets or pick up the dirty towels. 7. Then, the last night we had no hot water; after reaching out to the management company they just said we are aware of it and hope to have it fixed by the next morning. I understand that problems happen, but it was just frustrating. 8. No covered parking; this was disclosed but keep this in mind if you don't want to clean your car.
Convenient, nice and affordable accommodations in Summit County with a responsive property manager. Enjoyed our stay.
Clean and easy access. Lots of very strange noises all night every night. Sounds like a sliding closet door. Kitchen was a little sparse for dishes. Living room furniture had to be from IKEA. Not very comfortable. Welcome gift chocolates were awesome. Hot tub was a cesspool. Maintenance needed.
The property was cheaply made and thus hard to keep clean.
Google maps struggled with the location. Keylink directions accurate. Solid, not jazzy, but good location for our trips to Dillon, Breckenridge, and Vail. Only negative is the relatively small TV. Not a deal breaker
We had a great time. The condo was well equipped to meet our needs for a weekend getaway. Would definitely stay again.
Was a lovely property with lots of room and a kitchen full of necessities. It was close to Breck and other resorts to enjoy our days of skiing. Thanks for a great time! The Howard Family
