Newly Remodeled 4 BR + 2 BA Walk to Town, Shuttle, Shops, Creek & Park

Good location. Worked fine for the 5 of us but it's small and would be very tight for more guests. A bit dated, and kitchen could use some better pots and pans.

Fantastic stay! with the weather dropping in temps, the fireplace came in handy.

Overall our stay was nice. Living room chairs could use a refresh as we snagged our clothes in exposed metal a couple times. Picture made living/dining and kitchen seem a little bigger than in reality but in all this place slept us all and covered all the essentials. Owners were easy to get ahold of of anything was needed.

Our family of 9 enjoyed a great trip to Mammoth and appreciated staying at a comfortable, quiet condo that fit all our needs.

Perfect place to stay at great location would recommend this place to anybody. My family had a great time out there just a little short for us this time next time we would have to stay a little longer. Thank you

The property was great. It was comfortable and everyone had their own bedroom. It was a short drive to Convict Lake where our son got married with majestic mountains in the back ground!! And a short drive to the center of town where we enjoyed fresh brewed coffee and visited shops. A wonderful time, with beautiful weather, and a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is centrally located and perfect for our group. the beds were comfortable and showers were great! The condo owner was very responsive and quickly addressed the two issues we found, including the getting in touch with the overall property manager to take care of the exterior handrail. Someone was there within a couple of hours working on it.

We had the whole family to stay in this very practical and homely apartment. It’s close to bus stops (and a Vons) and has everything you need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay. Aaron and Jessica were extremely easy to communicate with and the place was just as described. Would stay again!

The place was very convenient to the slopes and areas to eat! Host was very responsive. Only issue was the cleanliness of the property. Dead bugs, dirty bedding and floors

Location was convenient in terms of ease getting onto the shuttle to get to the mountain and to Vons. The house was also across the way from the jacuzzi which was really nice. Hosts were very responsive. Would love to stay here again!

This property was well equipped but needed a deep cleaning!! Spider webs. Some with spiders in them. Bug smear on bathroom wall upstairs. Shelfs in upstairs bathroom needed to be washed. Freezer needed to be wiped out. Wall heater was not working!! They will say this is in the mountains but I live in park city utah and don’t have spiders in my house.

Wonderful condo.The kitchen had everything with like new utensils.Living room and beds were very comfortable. Very close to hikes, fishing, and town. Perfect location. Turnkey beautiful interior!

Condo was recently upgraded and in a prime location. It is located a short 2 min walk to a great park with creek, near the grocery store/shops and next to the trolley stop. Kids loved the bunk beds and it was nice having 2 full baths. Owners were great to work with and easy to communicate with. We hope to come back next winter or summer!

This is our second time staying at this property. The condo has a very fresh and modern feel while also incorporating the charm of the mountains. It’s also right by the pool and spa. Parking is never a problem. Great place to stay for all seasons in mammoth!

PROS: Communication was excellent. Property was clearly newly redone - bathrooms were nice and well equipped (ie, small stand to go with upstairs small vanity to give more storage.) furnishings were modern and well kept. There are still some boxes of remodeling supplies in the condo to prove it! Plenty of towels. Kitchen had all we needed to cook and serve meals. Lots of hooks on walls for towels, coats, etc. CONS: 2 of the upstairs bedrooms’s heaters weren’t working. So we had to leave the 3rd door open to share the heat making 1 room very hot so the other two rooms were comfortable. Contacted the host who apologized and offered to have ppl come to repair but wasn’t repaired before we left. The power went off the 2nd night due to storms for about 4 hours. Nothing the owners could do about that of course but not awesome when the baby sleeps with a sound machine. Hot tub opens at 4pm each day and the listing clearly states to bring own towels but I forgot(!) so towels for the hot tub would be a nice added touch. Overall would recommend this place for the price in the off season and great proximity to a playground and the hiking/biking trail that goes around the whole town.

Not our first trip to Mammoth Lakes and usually rent houses but found the condo to be roomy and had all the needed amenities. Nice location and close to all the places we wanted to go to. We did miss not having a washer and dryer in the unit, but not a big deal. Lovely time overall.

Our family of four had a lovely stay in this condo. We had more than enough room here, and used all the amenities: the hot tub, the cool but refreshing pool, and the laundry facility. We especially appreciated having plenty of towels and a very well stocked kitchen with enough plates/cups/bowls/silverware for multiple meals for all of us. Being on the second floor was great in terms of reduced noise level and keeping windows and doors open during the summer. We loved the overhead fans in the bedrooms and had them running at night. Unit and location was just as advertised.
