Stayed Apr 30, 2022It made our stay in Miami that much more fun from the view to the near by restaurants, friendly neighbors, and great night clubs it was an experience and we look forward to doing again

Stayed Jul 22, 2021The property is in great location, close enough to walk to restaurants and cool neighborhoods like Wynwood. Parking was fantastic, nice to have a parking spot. View from balcony was good, although the bench was broken so no one could sit on it. I reached out to Luis about this and he did not respond about broken balcony bench, the 2 other balcony seats were very dirty. Wifi wasn’t hooked up right when we got there, plug box was broken, so we sorted out ourselves. Noisy building, only 1 elevator worked. Door to apartment wouldn’t open all the way. No coffee for Nespresso maker. Dishwasher was broken. Toilet didn’t flush in master bedroom. Not many drinking cups and plates in cupboard. No ice or ice maker in freezer. Sofa unbelievable uncomfortable. Grey Towels were very thin and equivalent to what is found at Motel 6. The overall consensus is that this rental is designed to make money at the expense of basic comfort for guests.

Stayed Feb 15, 2021Luis was incredibly responsive and accommodating during our entire stay. Certain parts of the apartment could be spruced up a bit for the price (I will assume natural wear and tear, definitely a rental property in terms of furniture/fixture quality ) and the elevator in the building had issues from time to time, but it was convenient and served its purpose for our visit given a last minute booking.

Stayed Jun 26, 2020It’s a really nice place to stay but it wasn’t clean at all it had stains on the couch and the comforters . We had to wash everything once we got there . Also the light wasn’t working the the kitchen
