INTERIOR

The living room provides plenty of natural light and features ample seating. A 60in. Smart TV delivers a great experience for watching your favorite sports, shows or a movie. A large living room slider provides access to the patio. The dining area features a four-person diningtable perfect for enjoying meals with your loved ones. The kitchen is amply stocked for all the meal prep you will need. The small front bedroom has been configured for a home office. The unit features a full-size washer and dryer, and a one-car parking garage. Guest vehicles must be parked in the garage or guest parking per the HOA. No driveway parking overnight is allowed. No large vehicles or Trucks allowed in the community, all full size or commercial vehicles have to park outside the community.

Unit patio features outdoor dining for 4 guests and a three-burner BBQ. The unit is located 50 feet from one of the two community pools and spas, perfect for catching some sun. The gated community features a total of two pools and two spas and a tennis court for guest use.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.

    I had the pleasure of using this unit for December of 2024. It is clean, comfortable, and the bonus of an independent office space allowed me to work comfortably. The attached garage, well-equipped kitchen, lovely Weber grill, and outdoor seating made this a terrific place to work remotely and escape the pending northern winter. Would happily stay here again without hesitation.
