Newly built condo with WiFi, shared pools, hot tub, & private beach access

Everything was wonder at the condo

We were very happy with the condo! Very clean and close to the beach.

This was a great condo with everything newly updated. The only thing I would recommend is to provide pool/ beach towels. Most people who are flying in don’t bring those items. I did leave five of them for you to start a collection. But overall a great location.

It was ok. The place was nicely updated but there were a few items that could use some improvement. The secondary shower/tub’s drain was clogged which caused the water to rise well above the ankles, up over the bottom of the shower curtain which was full of mildew and mold (which means the drain has been clogged for a while). Both bedroom rugs were disgustingly dirty and flipped up on the edges. The rug on the balcony was also flipped up on the edges causing movement to be difficult (couldn’t even open master bedroom balcony door). The refrigerator filter needed replaced because the light was red. The walk to the beach was a little farther than thought after reading reviews online. The pools looked very underwhelming at best. There was hair in some of the drawers in the master bathroom and in the shower. The toilets were not cleaned (there was dried urine on the lid) and had to use Lysol wipes to clean. So with all that being said, it wasn’t worth the money we paid for only 4 nights.

The private beach access within walking distance definitely made our stay more enjoyable. The neighborhood is nice, relaxing, and less crowded than other beaches in 30A.

It was wonderful. Loved the condo. Would happily stay there again.

Beautiful property, so convenient to absolutely everything.

Condo was beautifully decorated. Had all our needs for spending a long weekend there. Love the location and was easy to get around. Overall loved the condo and ease of booking and all it had. Would definitely book again at this location! Recommendations:Could not get master bedroom remote to work. Possible dead batteries. Extra blankets for cooler nights Text message with check in information did not have unit number on it Bedrooms blackout curtains

The unit was clean and very well stocked with everything you could need. The beds were so comfortable also! It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but don’t let that keep you from booking this amazing condo. My family will most definitely be back!
