Welcome to our brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that can accommodate 8 guests. Located in peaceful Dead Mans Flats, only 7 minutes to Canmore and 25 mins to Banff. The spacious third floor, 1200sq' unit has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. Our beautiful condo has a fully stocked kitchen, gas BBQ, TV in every room, private laundry, fireplace, patio, parks pass to borrow and underground parking.

Located on the Third Floor in the Sparrowhawk Complex, our 1200 sq' one level, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has all the comforts of home. In suite laundry, large patio with a gas BBQ, underground heated parking for 1 vehicle and a TV in every room. Enjoy the evening sun on the south facing balcony.


Dead Man's Flats is a quiet town just off the highway so you can quickly get to Kananaskis (30 mins), Canmore (5 mins) or Banff (25 mins). Restaurants and shops are the short drive to Canmore. Bow River backs on to the complex with walking trails nearby.

The condo an comfortably sleep 8 people with our 1 King and 2 queen beds with a queen pull out coach.

** Absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING allowed in the condo. A $350 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.

The outdoor pool (30C), hot tub and gym are all OPEN!

Guests staying with us will also have access to the secure parking garage, Pool/hot tub and gym.

    This was our second time staying here and both times, have been great! It’s always very clean, and has all the little details and more. The host really has thought of everything! We really appreciate how well the kitchen is setup with everything we need to actually cook for our family. Natalie was friendly and helpful for any questions we had, and we’d definitely recommend staying here.

    This condo is so great! It’s new, everything is in great shape, and it is stocked perfectly (spices, coffee, salt pepper etc). The directions to check in are super clear and easy too understand; the underground garage is clutch in the winter. Beds are comfortable, as is the sofa bed (surprisingly!!)We went to Canmore, Banff, Sunshine and Lake Louise during our stay for skiing- Lake Louise is the furthest away (1 hour). The drive isn’t to bad at all- it’s worth it to stay in such a new place that is appointed so well and run by a great host and not a broker Vrbo-ing resort rooms. Natalie was super- responsive good communication and very knowledgeable of the condo and area.Props to the cleaning crew as well- extremely clean and orderly! We enjoyed the games as well- our new favorite game “Scattagories”…!Thank you Natalie and crew- great stay!

    Natalie was a great host! She is quick to answer any questions and accommodated any requests or concerns we had.We were pleasantly surprised with the stocked kitchen and to have a washer/dryer in the unit.The spacious rooms and great view of the mountains surrounding the unit is spectacular.The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all members during our stay.

    This VRBO exceeded our expectations! It was incredibly spacious, the bedrooms were comfortable, and it was very clean upon arrival. Although we brought our own stuff, I appreciated that the host had a high chair and travel crib available for families. The king bedroom had tons of space for our travel crib. The VRBO is located right off the highway but you could not hear any of the traffic. There was lots of parking available in the underground garage so this is great if you have more than one vehicle. The host was incredible with her communication and even accommodated an early checkin time so our little one could get a nap in our day of arrival. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return for future trips! Thanks Natalie!

    What a great place! Location makes it really easy for getting to Canmore and Banff. Nice clean and modern interior. Good size balcony with Napoleon bbq. Quiet building. Underground parking was nice. Gym, pool, hot tub also very good. Would absolutely stay again.

    We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close enough to Banff and Canmore to enjoy everything they offer, but much quieter and more relaxing. One of the best perks was the included national park pass, which saved us time and hassle by letting us skip the long entry lines.The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of parking both in the garage and outside, which was super convenient. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to reach at any time. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with all the right amenities!

    The suite was amazing! So much room and everything was so new and clean. We had a 3 bedroom unit and there was lots of room. The pool and hottub were great, even at -5 degrees celsius. It had all of the amenities that we needed to host 6 teenage girls for my daugter's birthday weekend getaway. It was a 10 minute drive to Canmore but even that didn't dampen our weekend. Tons of parking and even included a free park pass. Thank you.

    My family and I stayed here over the weekend, our only wish is that we stayed longer! Great communication with the host, promptly updating, and answering questions. The suite is beautiful, we really enjoyed the layout, with the rooms all coming together over the common areas. The small details the host had were much appreciated, with plenty of pool towels, robes, entertainment pieces, and even a welcome gesture. We were able to make wonderful meals with the well equipped kitchen, plus enjoyed the cutest Pendleton mugs too! The overall area was great, we enjoyed being in Dead Mans flats as an alternative to being in the middle of Canmore/Banff. This complex was quiet, it felt safe and secure. The pool and hot tub was exquisite!

    This condo is exactly how it looks. We came here for an extended family vacation. Three couples and three kids under 4 years old. We brought play pens for the kids so we didn't require any beds for them. Each family had their own room. I was very impressed by how well stocked the kitchen was a long with the children's items in the condo. The space was beautiful and very very quiet. Exactly what we needed.
