The unit has nice furnishings and is well taken care of. This unit is now one of the favorites in Phoenix IX.

This is the 2 nd time we have stayed here same room and all we definitely enjoyed very nice place My only complaint is the master bed it is horrible it just needs updated mattress I complained 3 years ago same problem and that’s it other than that I will continue to stay here as long as the good Lord allows and can’t wait to come back staff is amazing

Reviewer Comments: Pros:*Beautiful Place.*Living area, Kitchen, and Bathrooms very nice.*Great balcony and view of the Gulf.Cons:*HVAC Unit wasn’t working.*No Easy Building Maintenance Access. Had to leave a message with Phoenix Manager and hope they get back with you.*Bedroom windows to the hallway need curtains for privacy.*Master Bed was very old and made loud noise every time one would turn in the bed or get in or out of bed. ***Need Access to help onsite or numbers to call. Very Poor Communication with Site Management.*** Over all we loved the place and would go back. With a few minor issues corrected and master bed upgraded, I would have given 5 Stars.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good . There was a few problems with the unit. There was black mold in the ice maker. Several pieces of furniture had broken handles. had to hunt down TV remotes, only found 2 of 3 and one of them had no batteries. One toilet was stained. Furniture and beds was comfortable. To much clutter in closets that had nothing to do with guest. Ice in the door of refrigerator didn't work. With some updates would be nice unit . Will try other units next time. Phoenix rentals was always excellent.
