New to the Rental Market, Newly Owner, Newly Renovated!!!

The property was perfect for a long weekend to relax. We had everything we needed, location was great and decor lovely!

My family and I stayed here for a five nights in early April. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay. My kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool and the beach was clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well with dishes and cookware. The downside was that they only included one extra garbage bag and one extra dish washing tab. Not a big deal but for a place large which to hold 10 guests a few more cleaning supplies would have been nice. Also, two of the for elevators were down for repairs. The sign said they had been down since January. Sometimes this caused quite a backup and we had to wait ten minutes for an elevator. Overall it was a very nice stay.

If I were forced to say anything negative, there was no tiny dish soap bottle provided like I am use to finding in rentals. This would have been nice for washing hands and keeping up with dishes throughout the week. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

At the end of the hallway so felt a little private. Condo was clean, nicely decorated etc. Would be nice to have had some more patio furniture on the patio attached the the master bedroom.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was decorated beautifully but it was not well cleaned. There was a nasty build up of hair on the shower drain and several other things that were just not as clean as they should have been. The overall maintenance of the complex needs improving/updating as well. It seemed very dated and unclean- especially the pool area, elevators and common areas. Also lots of rules around the pool so don't plan to toss a small ball.

We love the location of this condo. We were close to everything, it was a quiet beach vacation considering it is Spring Break. We would/will definitely stay here again.

Great property enjoyed every minute. Thank you for sharing your condo. The toilet in the master suite needs to be repaired something in the tank is broken it keeps running.

The whole experience from booking to checkout was very easy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our Condo was very clean and renovated nicely. I would definitely re-book with this company.
