New to the Rental Market - Lazy River and Slide!

Overall a good experience. The condo was so spacious and very clean. Easily fit 8 adults and 3 toddlers. The main and probably only complaints I’d have is that the parking passes 1. Do not come with the condo and 2. Are 60 PER CAR. Maybe it’s just me but I feel like that’s a little ridiculous. Also, check in is 4:30 which is so late. Other than that, we loved it and would stay again!! Just a reminder for your stay… pack coffee filters and sugar because we forgot and that was no fun haha)

Great access to the beach, food on site, and a 21+ pool. There is something for everyone and the entire property was clean! Only downfall was that they definitely need more elevators. There was almost always a wait for elevators.

We have stayed in several condos in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, and although this one was decent, it definitely seemed overpriced compared to some we’ve stayed in before. One big inconvenience for the condo was the balcony door. It was extremely tough to open the balcony door. It took 2 adults to pull the door open and shut it. There were not any extra sheets or pillowcases for the fold out bed and pillows. This was also the first condo we’ve stayed in that didn’t have any kind of beach supplies to borrow such as chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, etc. It was a nice condo with good amenities for kids such as the pools, splash pad, and beach access, but just with some of our other experiences, we feel that this visit was overpriced.

However, this unit has not been set up well for guests. The beds are very old and do not have mattress covers. The kitchen is bare bones with limited cooking items (no wine key!). We had to call management several times to fix a variety of items, including the sliding glass door that wouldn't open and the dishwasher which kept breaking on us. The whole point of booking through VRBO is that home-away-from-home feel which this unit did not have.

Pools/lazy river/beach access/grill/bar/etc were perfect!! Not the owners fault, but it would be nice for the parking fee to cover 2 vehicles. Seems a bit much paying for each car. Especially when the condos accommodate so many, there will likely be multiple vehicles.

Very clean, spacious, everything we needed!

Out bed linens were terrible we had to complain about them, our towels were full of hairs so we washed them. The elevator took forever to catch. Will not stay there again. Was not worth how much it was a night. Furnishings were not very nice either.

Awesome stay great play the amenities of the property are great for every age.

Wonderful Accommodations. Had a few hiccups but they were resolved quickly. One thing I did notice was the linings on the master bed did not fit properly and were a little worn. But other than those small things, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. We will be back

Elevators are a nightmare Beach area is ridiculous with all the chair rentals would not stay here again

Love the property amazing amenities. Kids loved the pool and lazy river. We had such an amazing view. Loved the condo. Can't wait for next year.

Location and amenities were great! Enjoyed beach and lazy river as well as all the wonderful nearby restaurants. Our condo was clean and adequately supplied with necessities. It did have 2 light bulbs out and the comforters on the beds need replacing. They are well used. Booking and checkin/checkout process was so easy. Would definitely stay here again.
