Condo was as described except the balcony. It was not clean and to much random furniture. The couch in the living space was not comfortable. The bed in the master creaked and squeak.

We had a wonderful time. The location is amazing. A few steps to the beach and a short drive to Barefoot Landing and other restaurants. The condo was as described. Very clean and kitchen was pretty well stocked. The only complaint I had was that you were not allowed to bring your own snacks/drinks into the pool area and are forced to purchase from them. Not just alcohol.. we were turned away with our coffees. Kind of a bummer as their drinks are very expensive and the food was not good. The actual condo was amazing and I'd rent it again!

One of best place to stay in North Myrtle Beach Entire resort is top notch Building entrance , pools , bar and easy access to the beach Unit was on 3 Rd floor with ocean and pool view Clean and comfortable for family of 5 . This was great trip. Thank You .

Loved the ptoperty. Room was big and decorated really nice. However. the floor was not clean and the sheets looked like they had not beem changed. Flat sheet could be larger for the king size bed. Amenities were great in the room. Parking lot facility is not good for large vehicles. Lots of smaller vehicles in the over size lot. Had to park in loading/unloading lot. and move vehicle each morning by 7 am.

Iwhile the overall stay at the condo was great, our first night was not so much. The resort itself we love. It’s our second year in a row but first year going directly through itrip. The condo itself, had it not been for the missteps by the cleaning crew, would’ve been perfect. We loved being on the 3rd floor, so fast to get to amenities, parking and beach. Condo had everything we needed. The downside was on the first night upon arrival, which was very late at night, our condo front door was propped open, lights were on and at first we thought someone was in there. We have small children so this was a bit worrisome at first. My husband went in to check it out and in the entryway there was a luggage cart full of dirty things and alcohol. The cleaning crew must’ve left the door open and the cart and forgot about it. Also we found food in the kitchen. And our feet were black within an hour of arrival because the floors were so dirty. We contacted iTrip and they just said to contact the number for cleaning. They apologized and offered to come clean but I didn’t feel comfortable having them in our condo once we were in. So I cleaned the floor the best I could and dealt with it. We wore shoes inside the whole time because of this. It was just kind of forgotten about, iTrip never really reached out to me to see if everything was okay or offer anything. I most likely won’t be going through iTrip again. If this condo is privately owned I feel bad for the owners because the condo itself is beautiful but they need to hire new management. Giving the condo 4 stars simply because I don’t want to hurt the private owner’s business because it’s not their fault.

We have stayed at this particular resort many times, but we have always booked through the resort. This was our first time booking through Itrip. Our two bedroom tower unit was clean, beautiful and in great condition. This unit is in the tower with the parking garage and is at level three of the parking garage which made this very convenient, no need to use an elevator. If you park on the third level. Our check-in experience through Itrip was pretty easy. The place where you check in is literally only about 1 mile or less from this particular resort. Walked in, signed a piece of paper. They gave me my packet and I was gone….literally did not take more than one minute, also mind you there was no one else there checking in at the time. Also, if you were leaving early when checking out, they have a dropbox right outside their place you put everything back in your packet and drop it in the dropbox….very easy. There are pros and cons booking through both Itrip and the resort. We would definitely use Itrip again in the future, especially if booking at this particular resort due to its proximity of the check-in office to the resort.

Typically, we stay in higher end or more upscale places. This condo was just okay. The owner really went cheap with paper goods, cookery, and the worst stove. It was just not what we expected. No trash shoot. The TVs were without apps for streaming and we were left with substandard and antiquated cable. No basic kitchen supplies. Bring your own pillows!!
