New to Rental Program, Low Floor, End Unit, Fabulous Views, Free Beach Chairs

This condo smelled clean as soon as I walked in which is a plus for me!! Beautiful condo, very homey. The balcony was amazing with a beautiful view of the beach and the sunsets! I definitely hope to be back… ?

We absolutely loved it. The beach was so close to the steps. The parking spot we had was right by the pool and access to the beach so we could leave all the stuff in the truck and just get it in the way down. We loved the inside of the condo too. The elevators were fast. We never had to wait! We had a tiny issue with the parking for a min but the guy in charge took immediate action but the people ended up leaving. We had a great time. We had 3 adults and a 5 and 2 year old.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo is nice and clean. The beds are comfortable, the condo is nicely decorated and furniture was clean. There were some drawbacks, like the bathrooms could use an update (there isn’t a place to hang towels or washcloths), the TVs are older and use Roku sticks which are finiky. All of the common areas and pool were closed the entire stay, except the last day, the pool opened back up. We couldn’t use the grill and everything was roped off with caution tape. The pool is small and the chairs need to be updated. The water was so cold, you couldn’t get in. I wish they would have waited until winter to do repairs if possible. The grill and other areas were closed. There was work being done digging trenches. The bedroom closet door doesn’t open all the way bc the bed is so big. 😂 The balcony is amazing, the view, the kitchen, furniture, laundry area is perfect. Loved they had chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids. We donated extras for the next kids. Riley with the rental company is so helpful and responsive. We had an issue with the WiFi and he got back to me in 15 minutes. Also, the parking spot was amazing, you would not want to park on the upper levels. The beach chair rental is included, which is nice. The condo is further out and quiet. Greta’s is a great place to rent from and love the app. If we ever went back to PCB, we would rent this place again. Thank you for the nice place to stay!

We had a great stay in condo 809! Positives: Balcony on the end Riley is a great property manager The day garage attendant was wonderful Condo was nice and bright as well as roomy Some slight negatives: Smoke alarms kept getting out of sync so had to reset - probably need to check into that If you want occupants to help keep it clean please provide items - borrowed a broom from another condo Need some type of mat on the inside to catch sand; again would have been a great help Refrigerator seal was questionable Cannot get back to positives but here are more: Beach items were great just hard to untangle Beach service a very nice perk All in all it is a good facility to rent and would consider it again.

My husband and our three sons enjoyed our stay and Riley was incredibly helpful as well as the use of the hospitality app. The photos are just like the condo and the location was great.

Great place, clean, quiet, and a great view! Would stay again.
