✧ What is the difference between booking here vs. through the hotel
This Signature Deluxe Suite is directly managed and rented out by the owner of the Suite. Book here to avoid resort fees while getting access to the same services and amenities as regular guests. Those fees are otherwise incurred by the owner instead of charged to you by the hotel. The same additional hotel services are available to all guests. However, instead of being automatically charged by the hotel for these services, guests of owners can request service at their discretion. As for resort amenities, guests can still have FULL access without incurring ANY of the costs.

The Signature is 0.2 miles from The Strip (~5 minutes walk). The Strip can be accessed via covered tunnel path directly from the lobby of your building.

✧ Can I check in early
Standard check-in is any time after 3:00 PM (available 24h). If you arrive early, you can ask the Front Desk to notify you if the room is ready earlier. In the meantime, you can process your check-in, store luggage at the Bell Desk, as well as request temporary keys to access the pool / fitness center areas if you wish. Contact your host for any additional help.
✧ Can I check in late
Yes. The Front Desk in Tower 2 is open 24/7 to check-in arrivals past 10 PM. You can also check-in with the MGM Resorts App any time.
✧ Can I check out late
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Please contact your host if you require any alternative arrangements. After checkout, you can store luggage at the Bell Desk and continue using your keys to access the pools, fitness centers, etc. until you depart.
✧ Can I send mail to the suite
Address packages to The Signature. Be sure to write the recipient's name on the package, followed by the words "Hotel Guest" and their arrival date. Guests can pick up packages at the Concierge. All packages are subject to a processing and delivery fee based on the weight of the item.
First of all, in no way is this unit new, upgraded, or remodeled. Furniture is old, severely nicked, and stained. Doesn't even fit in the unit well. Bedroom lamp is broken, just wobbles around. Carpet is dirty and stained. Bathroom sinks were clogged, which we texted about, but weren't fixed. Plus we had to use the toilet in the lobby after one day because ours stopped working and no one came to fix that either. We chose this unit for the balcony, but the door handle was broken when we checked in, and it took over a day and a lot of texting to get it operable. The linens and bath amenities are sparse ($$ if you want more); there was enough coffee packs for one day; very few utensils and dishes. The key card worked only after five tries The no housekeeping isn't a problem, but having at least ONE extra trash bag would be nice. Three ridiculously small cans that were full after a day. And no cleaning supplies, just a half a roll of the cheapest paper towels you've ever seen and a gross little sponge to wash the dishes, as requested. Valet is sporadic, we came back at 7:30 and were told it was closed, so we had to park all the way at the MGM garage and walk. This listing implies laundry is available in the unit, which it is not. And the Signature will not give you access to their laundry room unless you're a guest for a week. Property itself was ok, but I sure wouldn't use the word luxury. Overall, a huge disappointment.
Property is amazing . The room was clean and as described. The balcony makes it worth every penny and location is prime. I would give it 5 stars except for the vallet parking closing around 8pm . If we went out and came back after 8pm the valet was closed and we had to park down at the mgm(20 min walk). I've stayed at the signature before and this was the first time ive experience this . Other than that i recommend this to anyone looking for a nice time in Vegas!

When I got off the plane I reached out to the property manager to see if the hotel had any shuttle available and what would be the most cost effective way to get to the hotel he suggested a taking a taxi instead of life or Uber. I also reached out to get extra face rags and towels because there were not enough Provided to last the whole stay. I asked housekeeping and she gave me 3 large towel and no face rags. I Asked about cleaning the rooms and taking our trash they informed me that they would only cleaning and pull trash after we checked out. The key card also was not working right. ALL and all I would have to rate the stay about a 3 it would have been better if when I asked about a late check out you didn't try and charge me an extra 20 dollars
