THE KITCHEN and LIVING AREA

☆ The kitchen is fully stocked if you prefer to dine in instead of eating at one of the many local dining establishments.
☆ All major appliances available.
☆ Keurig Coffee maker (only starter amounts of K-cups provided, bring your favorite flavor!) AND drip coffee maker
☆ Smart TVs located in living room and each bedroom (twin bedroom is not smart) capable of streaming your favorite shows and music. Guest is responsible for logging out of their streaming accounts before departure.


☆ Additional owner rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in separate from the booking platform.

☆ This is a completely smoke-free (pipe, tobacco, vape, etc) and drug free unit and is limited to 8 guests. Any violation of these rules will result in termination of your rental agreement and additional fees.

☆ Please return ALL POOL KEY CARDS ($200 fee to replace each one missing)

☆ Linens and bath towels are supplied for each bed and MUST stay in the condo. Renter will be charged for any missing or damaged towels or linens.

☆ Please plan to bring your own beach/pool towels. We do have a few to share but ask that you please wash/dry them thoroughly and return them before your departure.

☆ A basic starter pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, two trash bags, and dish soap is provided at check in. You will need to supply any additional products beyond the starter pack.

☆ Stackable washer/dryer in the unit, but please bring your own detergent if you plan to wash a load during your stay.

☆ Willow Bend HOA does not permit motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers in the parking lot. Free parking for up to 2 vehicles in parking lot. See house rules for dog breed restrictions.

☆ There is a front door Ring doorbell camera active on the property facing outward. It is active 24/7, motion-activated with video/sound recording. It is there for the safety and security of our property and our guests. Deactivation, tampering or covering is terms for immediate termination of rental agreement.

☆ Deactivation/tampering of Wi-Fi (modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental.

☆ There is a $50 replacement fee per remote. There are remotes for each TV.
