Exterior Building Refresh Notice

To keep Maui Vista beautiful and well maintained for all of our guests, the building exterior will be undergoing painting and refresh work from now through August 31, 2026. Work will take place Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Please note that this work is exterior only—there will be no interior work inside the condo. While we do not anticipate major disruptions, guests may occasionally hear light construction noise or see painters and scaffolding in some outdoor areas during the day.
