A Few Things to Note: • The building does not have an EV charger; however, there are a few local spots around town where you can charge your vehicle. • This unit has a strict no-pet policy, so dogs and other pets are not allowed. • There is no washer or dryer in the unit. • The building is equipped with an elevator for easy access. • The living room does not have blackout blinds


Booking Policies:
Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a booking.

Minimum Stay Requirements: July to August: A 3-night minimum stay is required, with all bookings arranged consecutively to avoid gaps.
Canadian Statutory Holidays: A minimum stay of 3 nights is mandatory. (Must be Friday to Monday).
Quiet Hours: Strict Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Enjoy your stay, but please ensure that outdoor noise is kept low after 10:00 PM.
Cancellation Policy: A 30-day cancellation notice is required for a full refund, minus any pesky booking platform fees! No Refunds: Cancellations made without the required notice will not be eligible for a refund
Discounted Rates: We offer discounted rates for month-long stays only during our low season (January-March 15).

    The condo was perfect. The balcony is quite large as well and there is nothing better than sitting outside watching the sun rise and the sea lions making their way through the harbour. We did have one issue while staying here but they responded quickly and rectified the situation asap.

    Excellent company to book your Wild West Coast Adventure. We stayed at the aptly named Safe Harbour in Ucluelet for 4 nights and it felt like we were out on a boat with water views from every window - without the wild motion of the ocean!!! The location of this suite is superb to experience everything Ucluelet has to offer. Tofino Vacation Rentals looked after every detail with care and professionalism and we would highly recommend them for booking a stay in this piece of paradise. Thanks for the memories and making our stay so enjoyable!
