NEW RENTAL - Updated Beach Front - Seawind 703 - Signature Properties

The ladies who were over the property went above and beyond with communication and when we checked in they had us a welcoming basket.

The teens had their own space which was great! All needs were met. Only suggestion is that you make sure all areas of kitchen are clean including drawers, utensils, and the corner cupboards are devoid of crumbs or sticky spots. Great View! Loved the seating outside, beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were good and clean! Biggest perk was the property managers were super helpful and responsive!

Would stay here again. Great customer service by Signature Properties.

The condo was in an excellent location and right on the beach. It was comfortable and within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. Signature Properties was excellent in their communication! I would stay here again for sure.

We booked this stay to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was wonderful. The check in process was so easy and the property manager was so quick to respond with any questions I had. This place was just as described and had wonderful amenities to enjoy.

The complex pool is very small and more of a kiddy pool, which wasn't a big deal for us as we are more beach people than pool. But if a pool is important, that would be worth noting. Other than that, it's a good spot and the host is great at commuicating.

My friend and I brought my granddaughter and her best friend on this trip.It was great..The teens were old enough to spend time with their friends while my friend and I walked the beach,spent hours talking on the balcony,dining on local seafood. The view of the beach from the balcony was exceptional. We will be back

However-Our feet were completely black from walking around the condo. The couch was very uncomfortable. They were doing maintenance almost the whole time we were there so it was super loud. Pool is very disappointing & small. The stay was ok but wouldn’t book here again.

We thought the condo was as advertised. Plenty of space, clean, everything you need for the week. Within the walking distance of several restaurants and a general store. One thing we weren’t aware of is that your view is directly at Seas and Suds (restaurant) not a huge deal but would have been good to know. Our biggest issue with the trip was that construction was going on in the parking garage which is located below the condos and the noise vibrated up and was a constant annoyance in the condo for 3-4 days of our trip. So much so that we had to leave the condo while it was going on. While construction is unavoidable at times the management team made no effort to make up for a pretty extreme annoyance and ignored messages regarding it. That was pretty disappointing.

We loved this condo. The location was perfect. Loved all of the amenities. The beds and furniture were comfortable - especially the balcony. Loved that there was security on site. Property manager (Julie) was so kind and helpful. She responded right away to any questions I had. Can’t wait to stay again next year. (I’m secretly hoping they put a cheap Roku tv in the bunk room for the littles, that would be my only critique.)

One of two Elevators were out of service through out our stay. Great vacation place minus the elevators.

You could see straight out to the water! Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with whatever we could have wanted to cook with. There were plenty of towels and other linens. The furniture on the balcony was the most comfortable of any condo we have stayed in to date. There was ample parking(covered and uncovered), security guard on site, pools were cleaned daily. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions that I had. Condo is close enough to walk or drive to restaurants and stores.

Seawind does have a shared items beach chest on the boardwalk so we ended up utilizing those for the time we stayed but had to end up renting beach chairs. Refrigerator door water was but a trickle & ice maker didn't work. Property management quickly provided bags of ice. Unit is located right over the pool so noise level was pretty loud in the evenings. Also note the unit is actually on the 4th floor even though number is 703. Seawind counts garage levels, so we weren't quite as high up as anticipated. Sea-N-Suds is visible from the balcony & very convenient for eating but again added to the noise level on the balcony. Overall we enjoyed our stay and while the unit was dated it met all of our needs.

Reviewer Comments: Outdoor sectional felt worn and outdoor patio area was very dirty. Our feet would turn black from walking out there.We paid more for this property due to photos and it did not feel well maintained. Washer and dryer seemed to takes forever at least 2-3 hours to dry a load. Living room couch sagged. Coffee marker needed to be descaled and was flashing errors.Little things like that make you realize this property is not well maintained and we would not stay there again.Property management company listened to our feedback and mopped the floors again along with replacing the coffee maker very quickly.Property did have a nice location with nearby restaurants and shops along with a short walk to the HangOut. Beaches were nice and was a very short walk to the beach.
