New Rental, Newly Renovated!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great experience. The condo is well stocked and has everything you need. Some minor upkeep is needed (sliding door is hard to open, beds squeak, deep clean is needed, etc.). Nicely furnished and plenty of room for our family of four.

We had a great stage. Just issues with hair in showers and sink. The sink was clogged up. Also could use more variety in the kitchen. (Wine glasses)

We were given another place to wait while they finished cleaning. Think we got in our room by 7 pm and it was very clean. Things happen, and it was handled the best they could.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 1113 - This place needs a deep cleaning! It looks like it was only spot cleaned! Several lights weren't working. A few lamps and outlets didn't work. Pull out couch mattress was so disgusting!! Freezer wasn't working and had 2 inches of ice on the bottom. I had to fix it because property management never returned my call! I was there for 6 days! They didn't offer to make things right either!! I realize that things happen but to not return my call my whole stay is unprofessional! I will not be returning!!

While the views were stunning from the 11th floor the room itself was underwhelming to say the least.The furniture had hair on them so tells me the vacuuming was poorly done. The bathroom door for main suite doesn’t close all the way before hitting frame of door. The main suite bed is loud when you get up during night. Overall the trip was nice and we didn’t let this deter us from having a memorable first family vacay

The bed in the master had no bedding on it when we arrived. We called to get assistance, and never got a return call. Someone showed up within the hour to make the bed. The cleaning company has not been 'cleaning' this condo. I had to vacuum the area rugs to remove visible dirt upon arrival. Both bathrooms were very dirty, visible hair in both showers, mold, orange scum, and dirty drains. There was a clogged sink drain in our master bathroom. Smudges on the bathroom mirrors. All the white baseboards had visible dirt and hair on them. The coffee pot did not work. The sliding glass door to the balcony would barley slide open. No light bulb in lamp on nightstand in master. Two light bulbs were missing from the master bathroom fixture. Visible sprayed soda on the area under the eat in bar. And area rugs were visibly dirty. This unit definitely did not have a 'clean and comfy' feel to it. Disappointing conditions to walk into after a 15 hour drive to the beach for our vacation.

We usually stay at the Palm and were looking for something a little more affordable and this was it. I'd say the only downsides were paying for parking & there were missing lights in both bathroom fixtures. Otherwise, we'd highly recommend.
