Overall, a great place to stay! Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The room does not have a beach view but it was still very beautiful and relaxing. You catch the sunset in the evenings and it was so nice to sit on the balcony in the evenings. We would stay here again.

The condo itself was fairly nice, although could be a lot cleaner, especially the floors, the kitchen table. The biggest negative to this Condo is the elevators and parking are a nightmare. A condo that sleeps this many people should guarantee at least three vehicles could get parking passes. Although parking was available, they would not sell us a third parking pass. I also know several people that were staying there at the same time bribed the ladies at the desk and they got their third parking pass. The ladies at the desk that sell the parking passes Need a real good course and customer service, quite rude. All this said, I would not stay here again too much trouble for weeks vacation. Elevators quite number of times took us 30 minutes to over an hour to get from parking to the 22nd floor or the 22nd floor to the first floor, etc..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 10 enjoyed a weeklong stay in this unit and loved it. It was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for everyone. The resort was extremely clean and well managed. There were so many activities for everyone, including Pickleball and basketball courts, corn hole, Multiple pools with the lazy river, and great beach access. This resort uses a beach service for rentable, chairs, and umbrellas, which we did use and they were absolutely fabulous and accommodated our every need for the entire week. The only downside was getting the elevators as there were so many people staying the week. We were there in the resort that it definitely took longer than usual wait times to get an elevator to go down to the lobby or beach area or back up to your condo unit. Patience was essential! Overall, our stay was wonderful and the unit had everything we needed. The unit washer and dryer and separate ice maker was huge for us as well. It is to be noted that the unit balcony faces toward the street and state park, not the ocean... However, you could see the ocean in the corner of the patio balcony. We saw some amazing sunsets from our spacious patio!

The Condo was perfect for our family vacation of 9. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty of bathrooms and showers. Great deck with beautiful views of beach, coastal inland and the laser Ferris wheel at the wharf every night after the beautiful sunset. We have only been home a week and a half and are ready to go back.

The unit is HUGE! Plenty of space for everyone with no one having to fret over using the restroom! The bay view is great and you can see the ocean from the corner of the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked. Our only issue was the dishwasher wasn’t working very well. But we just washed dishes by hand, we had plenty of people for that! The location is great as well, just far enough away from the busyness of everything.We would definitely rebook this unit!

Condo was as advertised and very nice. There were 3 families totalling 12 people and we had plenty of space.

There were 11 of us. All ages had a graet time

We would definitely stay here again!
