New Rental - Bel Sole 402 - Best of the Gulf and Lagoon-Signature Properties

Great stay any problem was addressed promptly.

We had an excellent stay! Everything was perfect! The beds were very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed! The kids room was great with no windows- the kids actually slept in! The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. The beach was very easy to walk to. It was across a 2 lane road but it was not busy at all! There was plenty of room on the private beach! We had fun playing in the pool, catching hermit crabs in the lagoon and fishing off the dock. I would highly recommend staying here!!

With the bay on our back and the beach to our front, we had the best of both worlds. The nice long dock made fishing and birdwatching enjoyable. The sunset views from the balcony made for some excellent photos. Our stretch of the beach wasn’t nearly as crowded as other parts. I enjoyed a short swim to the 2nd sand bar where my son and I got to swim with dolphins. The mother and her calf swam within 5’ of us, and while I was uneasy, it was a surreal experience. Looking forward to our next trip already.

We stayed in mid May so the noise may pick up a bit in the summer but we had a wonderful week. I was a bit concerned about being on the lagoon side when I booked. I mean when you go to the beach, you want a beach view, right? Typically I would say yes but the view from 402 is absolutely stunning! And you just can't beat it at night. The lights from all the piers reflecting off the water, it's beautiful and my adult kids really enjoyed fishing off the pier. With the beautiful lights I was able to relax on the balcony and watch them. The Condo: Step right off the elevator and you are there. It is exactly what you see in the pics. The 3rd bedroom is a tad small and dark having no window but the bunk beds are quite comfy so it's perfect for children. The other 2 bedrooms are fantastic with beautiful views of the lagoon, access to the balcony and we loved that both had nice private bathrooms. The master bath is fantastic with the walk in shower and huge jetted tub. Again the beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable and the walk in closet in the master bedroom was a nice surprise. Although there's plenty of closet space in all bedrooms, the master closet is large enough to hang everything and store all of your luggage and extra bags you have when traveling. It was also nice to have a good size laundry room with sink, ironing bed and vac to keep the sand picked up. We only cooked the last night there but the kitchen was nice and has pretty much everything you need to cook a meal. Location: Perfection! Again, I was hesitant about being across the street from the beach and not having a beach view but it truly was perfect. As I said, our views were fantastic and I've stayed 'beachfront' many times and had longer walks to get to the actual beach. Bel Sole has private access directly across the street. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great 3 bedroom condo with lagoon views. Very clean condo with comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and dishes. Plan to bring or purchase any spices, ziploc bags, foil, etc, as none left in condo. We loved the location as gulf was just across the street on brand new boardwalk. Can watch the sunsets from the beach, or the dock on lagoon side. Only downside was not much seating with just corner couch in living area, and no end tables, so we used wooden tray on footrest. Unit could also use a bigger cutting board, as only one small oval one. Signature properties was excellent to work with, and Julie was quick to respond to any questions. We would rent from them again.
