Stayed Aug 8, 2023Condo was beautifully decorated. May I make a couple of suggestions; the mattress was wonderful,the pillows were not. They were flat & had no support. When I saw the listed amenities on this property, AC, was vital. It should have stated that there was a portable AC unit in the living room only, bedroom was warm even w/ ceiling fan. Badly needed is improved quality window coverings in bedroom, this would provide increased security & privacy. I understand that walls are thin allowing much noise from unit above into late hours at night. All in all this condo was comfortable, clean & lovely.

Stayed Jul 28, 2023We came for the festival at Sandpoint. Absolutely everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. House was clean and cozy and had anything and everything we needed to feel at home. Super easy check in and detailed binder of checkout procedures as well as lots of helpful information on what Sandpoint has to offer. Will definitely be booking again!

Stayed Jan 31, 2023We stayed here for 4 nights . Perfect jumping off spot for all that Sandpoint has to offer. 10 minute walk to town and 30 minutes to Schweitzer ski resort. The condo is completely renovated and is better then the photos. Warm, easy access from parking lot, some basic supplies for cooking , super comfy bed and delightful hot shower. We can’t wait to return next year :)

Stayed Sep 2, 2020We chose this place due to location to town so we could walk. The bikes available with the unit were a great add and we used them daily instead. Very clean and nicely redone unit. Great for a couple. Nice pool and right on the water. It was hot and we spent time floating and looking at the amazing views. It was a nice stay.
