This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

This condo features two cozy bedrooms styled with calming coastal décor for a true beach retreat feel. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed for restful nights and access to the balcony, while the second bedroom includes a queen-size bed with a trundle, perfect for additional guests or family. Additional sleeping space is available with a sleeper sofa in the living room. With two bathrooms, everyone can enjoy privacy and convenience throughout their stay.

PARKING
Two parking passes are included with the reservation, with the option to purchase one additional pass if needed. Passes must be clearly displayed on the dashboard at all times to avoid towing.

No pets are permitted on this property.

AMENITIES
The Beach Club offers a wide variety of on-site amenities, all conveniently laid out and easy to navigate. The Beach Club walking trail that winds through the Cottages of Beach Club and natural surroundings. The Clubhouse serves as the heart of the resort, featuring The Spa at The Beach Club just inside the main entrance, with Coast Restaurant located upstairs offering fresh seafood, drinks, and outdoor veranda seating. Downstairs in the Clubhouse, passes allow access to the indoor pool, fitness center, and game room. The largest outdoor pool on property is located in front of the Clubhouse, alongside cabanas and the seasonal Gulfside Bar and Grill. On the north Clubhouse lawn, Sand Island offers lawn games, volleyball, picnic seating, and charcoal grills. Nearby, guests can access basketball and shuffleboard courts, as well as eight lighted clay tennis courts. The Village area features The Village Hideaway, an HD golf simulator, billiards, arcade games, seasonal food trucks and live music, The Village Creamery, and on-site shopping. The Beach Club is set along 500 yards of private white-sand beach, making it easy to enjoy resort amenities and the Gulf just steps away.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older to reserve. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. Monthly rentals are welcome November through March 1.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
