NEW! Oceanfront Newport Condo w/Deck & Views!

The house was clean, nicely decorated, and had every amenity we needed. Having a washer and dryer was great. We enjoyed the deck and the views were amazing. We will definitely be looking to stay again next year.

Loved this place! It had everything we needed for a great stay. From the beautiful, unobstructed ocean view to coffee pods for morning coffee. It's location is perfect walking distance to restaurants and shops, the beach isn't direct access but easily accessible down the street. Communication with Rian was quick and efficient. Again, a very lovely stay - we can't wait to go back!

We stayed with our 4 kids for an extended weekend. It was a great place within walking distance to the beach! A little small for all of us but we made it work and were forced to enjoy each others company! We would definitely stay again

Well appointed with fantastic views of the beach with a lighthouse in the distance. Waking distance to some restaurants and shops. Good vibe in the area.

When we booked this condo it was largely because it appeared to have a nice oceanfront view. When we arrived we found that the pics in the listing hadn’t really done it justice, as the view was marvelous in a way that far exceeded our expectations. The condo was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The Nye Beach area was like a little self contained community with a warm friendly feel to it. The restaurants and bakeries were all very good and the ice cream shop was outstanding. The condo was a great base of operations for visiting all of the interesting and beautiful nearby parks, beaches, and towns. Rian was an excellent host and was easily reached and proactive in making sure that we were settled in with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we returned to the Newport area.

Clean and quiet. Lots of amenities in a small intimate setting.

Nice property but small space for more than two. Bunk bed very uncomfortable but king size bed very nice. The bedrooms were so small one could barely walk around in them. Always hard to tell in the photos. Great ocean view and close proximity to shops, restaurants, and walking on the beach. Very nice host.

The only reason I would leave anything but a stellar review of this place would be to keep too many people from finding it. This place was a perfect location, beautifully decorated and very easy to find and check in. Rian was very easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly. Everything was thought out and provided and it made the stay that much more enjoyable. From toothpicks to toothpaste, laundry soap, to tea and plenty of warm fuzzy blankets, books ,games and card decks,, we were able to relax and enjoy our family. It was one of the best family time stays we’ve had since the kids were grown. We appreciated the hospitality, time and attention to detail greatly. These hosts are amazing.

Beautiful view. Lots of dishes and supplies. Great place to stay...beds could have been more comfortable. They seemed old and worn out. But we didnt sleep much, there was so much to do in this area, tide pools, beaches,hiking. Wonderful time was had in this town!!

This was our first stop on our 10 day Oregon vacation and this place set a high bar for all our subsequent rentals. The view!!! The ability to walk to everything!!! The rental is so beautiful and clean. I had a challenge getting in and heard back immediately. It’s a great place!!! Do yourself a favor and stay here. You won’t regret it!
