Stayed Apr 3, 2021Everything about this condo was perfect. View overlooking the pool and ocean was breathtaking from inside and out. Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated inside. We had a beautiful week of weather and a view of the pink full moon during our stay. Sunsets were also stunning from the west side. Flagler Beach was a great place to visit and in time we will be regulars in Ormond Beach after this trip. Each time we go by we will be reminded of where it all started. Diane was wonderful and very responsive and informative. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025My husband and I fell in love with this condo and Flagler Beach. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need, and the master bathroom was so spacious. We especially loved the screened in porch overlooking the pool and beach. All of the neighbors we met were friendly and welcomed us. Diane communicated so well before and during our stay. We will definitely be returning!

Stayed May 24, 2025Condo was better than expected. Like the use of the garage. Plenty of nice restaurants options and the golf prices were reasonable. The beach was not overcrowded.

Stayed May 10, 2025This is the fourth time that I’ve stayed at this beautiful condo at South Beach Condos. The condo is absolutely beautiful and well stocked with everything to make a great beach vacation. The owner Diane is great to work with and responds quickly to any questions. I plan on staying here the next time I visit Flagler Beach.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024This condo was by far the cleanest we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot! It was fully stocked with all needed supplies and much more. My family throughly enjoyed hanging out on the screened-in balcony watching the waves roll in. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 8, 2024We absolutely loved this property! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy. Flagler Beach is the quintessential small town on the ocean; we love that it is not touristy. If there is one thing I would have to complain about, it would be the parking. There are no assigned spots for the units, so it's a first come, first serve parking lot. We found ourselves walking a little further than we liked a few times, coming and going from the unit. I'm sure the heat exacerbated the long walks. That being said, we wouldn't let the parking deter us from renting the unit again.
