The unit comprises two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen smart TV with cable, a closet, and a recently tiled shower in the attached bathroom. In the second bedroom, you'll find an adult queen over queen bunk bed and a twin trundle bed. Adjacent to the guest bedroom, a full bathroom with a tub & shower combo conveniently located and stocked with amenities.

There is a dedicated indoor garage with 1 assigned parking space and additional first come fist serve outdoor parking.
THE COMMUNITY
Situated within New Claim Condominiums, this unit boasts secure keyless entry for both the building and the unit, ensuring accessibility at any hour. The building provides a private ski locker for secure storage of your skiing equipment. Additionally, residents have exclusive access to an indoor communal hot tub, offering a delightful and relaxing retreat after a day on the slopes.

CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets unless allowed, no indoor smoking, and pre-entry cleaning.
DAMAGE INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.
OTHER INSURANCE:
Guest agrees that PMI Park City and property owner are not responsible for any loss or damage during the term of the rental agreement. Guest agrees to carry insurance covering all personal property brought to the unit by Guest and bears full responsibility for any damage including damage from fire, water, theft, or any cause.
Overall cozy stay and nice location
Charming, updated Condo that is in a perfect location.Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. An espresso maker… we’ve never had a rental with one. The bathrooms were very nicely updated. Bus stop right across the street, grocery is less than a mile and PCMountain and downtown Main St is less than a five min drive. Thank you!
The condo was beautifully updated and contained everything that we needed. Charlie was very responsive and allowed us an early checkin and late checkout. The location is perfect with a bus stop right outside. We took the bus to the slopes and to the center of town and it was very easy. There were several good restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Park City.
Great property. It has been recently renovated and everything inside looked brand new. Kitchen was well stocked and had high end appliances. Location is fantastic for skiing Park City Mountain. There are two bus stops right next to the property and services two different routes (red/yellow). Very close to grocery store, PCM base and downtown Park City.
Charlie's place was amazing. Everything was top notch. Clean, modern and convenient. Bus stop right out of door to take you to Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley. We had a wonderful time.

Great place, extremely clean, just remodeled and giving off the contemporary yet classic and relaxing vibe. Everything was in place for our family stay. The four of us were very comfortable in two bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The owner was very responsive and proactively communicating to answer any of our questions nearly ahead of the time. Located right next to the shuttle stop, the place lets you visit the city and the hills without even using your car. Yet, parking was available at all times when we would come back, so we did not have to use the underground parking spot that is also provided with the rental. Highly recommended!
Loved this condo! It was clean and modern. Beds were super comfortable. Had everything you could need for your stay. Highly recommend this location, easy access to the public transportation which takes you to the slopes or to downtown Main Street. Host responded immediately when I had any questions. Seamless check-in to property, all codes provided in advance. We had the best time!

We had a great time in Utah and in this 2 bedroom condo. The updates were done very well. Everything was of very high quality and it was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked so making meals was easy. We appreciated the provided boot/glove dryer after a day on the slopes. The bus stop was right outside the front door so it was very easy to jump on the free bus system.
