It was also just a short walk to Baytowne Wharf. The patio area was quiet and relaxing. The communication with the rental company (Gibson) was excellent. We would stay here again!

Although my wife would have preferred to be closer to the beach, and I would have loved for the pool we were at to have been heated, we really enjoyed the short walk to Baytown and the Explorie package that came with our room. Ragatta Bay is a championship style course and to get to play that each day was fantastic.

The Condo is steps away from the pool and an hallway away from restaurants and funtimes.

The condo was great. Be aware it is on on ground level. You need to climb stairs from Baytown Village and the parking ramp. Elevator is available. Being within steps of the Baytown stores and restaurants was great.

Outstanding service from management company. We had a few issues with heat and cable and they responded within minutes and service people within hours. Disappointed in the cleanliness though. All soft surfaces were spotted and dirty. Windows and tracks were filthy. Loved this location. Nice and private.

I stayed here alone for 2 months and absolutely loved it. Plenty of space for 2-4 people with the fold out sofa bed! WiFi was reliable for my many work calls. The porch area was my favorite part of the specific unit. It is an end unit so the outdoor porch is big and private. The pool and gym are as close as possible. Staying in November/December meant many days were too cold to swim but they have a hot tub which is great for making friends. The Baytowne Warf resort is a great family friendly place with lots of kid oriented games but also great live music. The fishing pier was awesome too! This is located in Sandestin which is a large collection of upscale neighborhoods surrounding a golf course. Fantastic to walk/run/bike! Every single time i stepped outside during the day I saw unique wildlife from large birds, to turtles throughout Sandestin. This place is awesome. You can walk to the beach but it is a little far for kids so either get some bikes or they have a shuttle service included. The price was what brought me here and now I’m bookmarking this for my winter escape every year. Only complaints were that the fridge broke the day i arrived and could not be fixed in the two month stay in spite of two maintenance visits. They did give me a mini fridge but that meant there was no freezing items reliably. Also some of the outlets are loose but that isn’t a big deal since they still work. Overall i would definitely recommend.

This was our first stay in the Sandestin resort and we will definitely be back next year. This condo was super convenient to the pool area. Nice large patio to enjoy the weather or even sit and have dinner. The unit is a bit of a walk but it's on the very end of the building so it was nice and quiet while we were there. The tram wasn't running until 10am during our stay so we drove over to the beach most mornings but could ride the tram back to grab snacks and come back. The unit probably had the best supplied kitchen of any condo I've stayed in. Plenty of utensils and different cookware for nights we wanted to cook in the condo. We could also walk around the pool and down the stairs right into the middle of lots of restaurants and fun shops. There's everything from seafood to burgers and pizza and ice cream and sno balls.
