• Due to the cool mountain climate and similar to most properties in the area, there is no A/C
• Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.
• Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.
• Follow all street signs for parking to avoid a ticket.
• Colorado is prone to extreme weather patterns and changes. Please use caution, as pathways, driveways, and roads can be slippery
