During your stay, you may see construction equipment/personnel and some areas of the resort may occasionally be affected. Daytime construction noise may also occur at times. Our rates have been adjusted to reflect the possibility of these temporary inconveniences.

Emerald Escape, Condo 1216, is professionally managed by Azure-Properties and located inthe Shores of Panama Resort, with a highly desirable reserved parking spot located on the 3RD FLOOR. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $75 on-site resort packet required by the resort for your 1 parking pass & 6 RFID amenity armbands.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered oversized. The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

It's stocked with all the big & small appliances, utensils, and cookware you could need to prepare anything from appetizers to a full meal with ease. With 4 seats at the table & 3 seats at the bar, there's room for everyone! Set up a buffet of food on the bar & enjoy it at the dining table or take it out to your extra large, private balcony & and watch the dolphins play in the waves.

Personally, we love heading out here early in the morning with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise over the bright emerald water before the day gets too hot. It's also the perfect place to end the day enjoying the sunset with an evening cocktail while planning the next days activities.

Stepping into the open-concept living area, the floor-to-ceiling windows frame the spectacular views of the tropical pool and Gulf of Mexico's emerald waters & sugar white beaches. Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, a community charcoal grill & picnic area, a modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room is available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.

2 ) Are beach chairs provided Beach towels Beach Toys
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for the guest to use. The resort also has a Take a toy, Leave a toy bin in the pool area by the beach access gate with kids toys & floats guests are welcome to use.
