* By default two amenities passes are guaranteed for your stay, which means up to two adults can access the pool, spa and gym on the same day. Children under 18 can go for free with an adult who has it.

* There is a parking garage right across the street for $40 per day (multiple entries and advance booking required).

Registration & ID Requirements

The building management requires all guests aged 18 and over to provide a government‑issued photo ID (driver’s license or similar for U.S. guests and passport for international guests). Please send this to us and have your IDs ready to present at the front desk upon arrival.

Security Deposit – Important to Know

A security deposit of $1,000 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the unit after checkout.

⚠️ BEFORE BOOKING – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The building is undergoing hallway renovations, and some elevators may occasionally be unavailable. As part of the exterior renovation project, black safety netting has been installed across the balconies on the 09 line as a precautionary measure required by building management and construction noise may occur during working hours, Monday through Friday.

The pool is open on Saturdays and Sundays only. All amenities are subject to availability and may occasionally be closed at the discretion of building management. Guests may confirm availability with the front desk during their stay.

Our pricing has already been adjusted to reflect these temporary inconveniences caused by ongoing construction. No further refunds or reimbursements will be provided. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions.
- All guests` names need to be registered 24 hours before arrival.
- All IDs need to be present at the front desk upon check-in.
- Please treat the furniture, appliances, towels, and bedsheets with care. Any damages or permanent stains will be billed accordingly.
- Lost key fob will incur a $200 replacement fee.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Any smell of smoke will automatically result in a $400 fumigation fee charged directly to the guest.
- Violation of house rules will result in up to $1000 fine and/or eviction without a refund.

    The amenities at the W were well worth it (except for the fact that the pools closed at 7pm sharp). The location was perfect, an easy walk to everything. The balcony view was spectacular. The kitchen has high-end appliances and all you need (although it could use more spoons). Very comfortable overall. The check-in process requires you communicate prior to arrival, meet someone in the lobby, take care of valet and parking issues, and help you to the rental unit. No matter what, the amenities at the W were well worth it!

    We really enjoyed our time here! The unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The scenic balcony and on-site pool were great as well. The location in Brickell was very walkable to restaurants, shopping, food trucks, etc. Thanks for a great stay!
