I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location, outside deck, close to various restaurants. We have stayed in this unit before. Bed comfortable, bathroom clean, perfect size kitchen. Having other unit connected was nice. Washer and dryer good to have. Only unpleasant part was living room wood floor had a black film residue from cleaning solution. Couldn’t be bare foot or wear white socks.

Stayed Jun 26, 2022We enjoyed our stay at the Pilot House. It was nice to be in an area that our teenager could go off on her own to the Wharf and we felt safe for her to do so. Didn't realize that we were a little farther from the beach then we thought. Other than that, I would stay at this location again.

We love going to the Village at Baytown Wharf and we love staying at The Pilot House. It’s always clean! 328-330 Lockout was such a great place. Very clean! Being able to walk out the back door and be at the pool was a huge plus. Our bed was very comfortable. I usually don’t sleep much but was able to sleep late everyday. That meant so much to me. I can’t think of one thing that we didn’t like about our stay! We would love to go back and stay on our next trip back to The Village At Baytown Wharf.

I will definitely stay there next time I go to sand destin. Very pleased 😄
