The owners communicate very well. The property is well kept and just as described. I would definitely stay again.

The condo was clean. Both the description and images on the listing are accurate. The host was great with communication - before, during, and after our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Our stay at Out of the Blue was perfect. The Host's were very communicative and provided clear directions for check in/out. The room was very clean and well furnished. The host even reached out during the stay to check on us and make sure everything was good. We will definitely stay here again.

Location was awesome! It was walking distancing to town but also very close to the park and several hiking trails. The host helped out right away when our code would not work. The host was very accommodating and available whenever needed.

Beautiful condo! Just as described. The bed was very comfortable, and the balcony was very relaxing at the end of the day. Short walk too the strip, and the owners even sent a message, making sure that everything was ok once we got there. Would definitely stay there again!!

Very nice condo! Bed was very comfortable. Sleeper sofa could use a mattress topper. Close to shops & attractions. Owners were very responsive.

My husband, daughter, and myself stayed here from June 24-June 29. We loved everything about it from the check in to the location to the promptness with communication. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back! We love the back steps that lead you to the strip along with a trolley stop being right by the condo as well! Everything about this location was PERFECT!

This condo was incredibly clean and very comfortable. The pool was also very clean and nice. The hike to attractions was definitely too much for our young children, but for us it wasn't too bad. Bring quarters for the laundry and pot holders if you use the oven. Otherwise a great stay. The entrance is the same level as the parking lot, so that was nice with the little kids.

The place was great. Clean, roomy, owners were easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend it.

The place was clean, neat and had everything we needed the steps were a little much for my aunt but she is 81 we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back

We stayed for my sons spring break 4/9-4/13 of 2025. Location was great. Only about 15 minute walk from the back to get to the strip right by Ripleys Believe it or not. Very quiet and secluded and close to everything. This I liked cause I didnt want the hassle of parking downtown. Will definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. We are in our 50’s and in pretty good shape and the walk to downtown wasn’t bad until the last day. Those stairs going back up were tough after a long day of shopping and eating so pace yourself.

Condo is clean, quiet and easy to walk to dinner or anything you need on the strip. Communication is great!

This is one of the nicest condos I have stayed in at this complex. It was updated and clean. The furniture and bed were comfortable, and the location was great for access to downtown. I was within walking distance of everything I needed. The owners were incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. I will be back again.

Condo was perfect size for the two of us. The bed had a memory foam mattress it was so comfortable. Shower water took a little longer than usual to get hot, but it was ok. Close to parking space for Anakeesta and the Aquarium. Will definitely stay again…

Great little place and convenient location with stairs out the back to downtown. Perfect size for two people. Clean and well maintained.

The wife and I had a great time at this place. It was very clean, very well put together. The decor was modern and up-to-date. The person I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and very helpful, this place is a must if you want to stay close to downtown Gatlinburg.

The condo was the perfect size for my wife, kiddo and me. Close to downtown, very convenient. William and Renee were exceptional hosts and I would most certainly stay again.
