New Listing! Beach Vibe Is Only A Boardwalk Away From The Gulf!

We had a good time at the Beach Vibe unit. It was a very colorful place. We were on a tight budget so the price was right when I booked in March.I did learn mid-week the neighbor below could hear everything! The washing machine and dryer in the unit were handy but very loud when using. A few glitches when trying to enter the unit for the first time but once we got it figured out there was no problem. I had a few issues dealing with the staff at Perdido Key Resort Management prior to our travels but it all worked out as well. We had no idea there was an elevator available until we had made one trip up the stairs with our luggage. Thankfully the toilet repair man told us before we made another trip.Overall our stay was pleasant and the unit was clean.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay. It would have been nice if there was a broom and dustpan to help with the sand since we were staying for about a full week. A couple extra trash bags would have been nice. While the kitchen was fully equipped and functional, the fridge didnt work very well and there was absolutely zero ingredients such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, basic staples, etc. It was a nice place though and we had a blast!

Lovely location

This unit's location is close to the beach and an easy walk to shops. The unit was good overall. No carpet is always good. The bedroom has a foam mattress which was very firm. So I didn't find it very comfortable. The bedroom could use room darkening or blackout curtains as the window faces the main walkway where there is lighting. The shears just didn't block out the light. The washer and dryer is always nice to have available. We had an issue with cleaning but I notified management so it could be fixed. There are 2 types of coffee machines available which was good to have. The appliances are mis-matched and some older but they all worked. I didn't like the fabric on the sofa as it looked dirty, so we covered it with a sheet. The sofa felt like it needed to be replaced as well. There were plenty of linens for the bathroom. I would suggest some books and games for rainy days although we didn't have any. It's just items I see in other rentals in the same complex. Not a lot of seating in the living area without having to sit at the table. Maybe add a chair where the bench is and use the bench as a coffee table. The wifi was good. Some furniture on the balcony was a little rusty. Maybe change to some that won't rust too fast. This unit is close to the pool, but it didn't seem loud when out on the balcony. The neighbors upstairs were terrible - kids running and jumping off furniture and loud until after midnight. However, that's not something the owner can predict or avoid.
