The cancellation policy on this property is Firm which is as follows: Full refund for cancelations before 60 days from your check in date. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 30 days of your check in date will not receive any refund. I will not be making any special exceptions for Covid- 19 related cancellations. *Unless- all 4 of the Aspen/Snowmass ski areas shut down or if Pitikin county goes into a full lock down and/or bans travel into the area.* Should you need to cancel for any reason, I will help you either rebook the dates to a later time or I will offer a refund once I am able to fill your dates with another group. For this reason, if you are concerned about the risks associated with booking trips during these uncertain times, I highly recommend looking into Travel Insurance that will allow you to cancel for any reason.
