Everything about this property was amazing! Super comfortable. Roomy as advertised. And the view from the rooftop terrace was amazing! To say we were extremely pleased is an understatement. We will definitely look to stay here again. Highly recommend this property.

While I was hesitant to book site unseen, this place was truly, what you see, is what you get. And it did NOT disappoint. From the minute we stepped inside, we were beyond pleased with our choice. The deck...... our own private utopia!Rooms were perfect size with comfortable beds. The view from the living room and eating nook, spectacular!!I can't say enough great things about this place, although I don't want to let others in on this fantastic find. Thank you to the owners for sharing their home with us and allowing us a wonderful vacation, birthday celebration and most of all, memories made forever!!!

Reviewer Comments: First the good stuff & it’s mostly all good - so few negatives. * Well stocked with everything you could need - from a Dustbuster to crab mallets, cookie sheets and mugs. Huge pantry which was great b/c at most condos we’ve had to keep our stuff stacked on the counter. There are lots of places to hang wet bathing suits. It comes with 2 parking spots right by the elevator. * location cannot be beat!!! Quick walk to the beach - so close I could see my husband on the deck from the beach. * THE HUGE DECK IS AWESOME! There is a hose to rinse off your feet and chairs too. It has 4 big lounge chairs that I laid in often- but if it’s sunny, the patio floor gets crazy hot! :) * Linen service worked out great - def recommend* washer and dryer made life easier and they had some stuff there Now the negatives, none of which are dealbreakers. More of an FYI:* the washing machine is pretty loud- so don’t start a load right when you sit down to watch a movie... it might make you nuts. * the elevator requires a key to go up. This can be a little annoying b/c we had friends visiting and the kids were going back and forth. Just remember to always have that key or you are walking up 4 flights. * building next door is pretty close on one side so while relaxing on the deck you can hear them talking etc . On the other side there is a tall building with an HVAC unit that goes non stop., but you get used to it and it’s not deafening, just loud enough that you can’t hear the ocean :( but was still relaxing to stand out on the deck at night and watch the ocean while catching that constant breeze! *note* Do not order anything from Amazon to be delivered there (I did). Amazon didn’t follow delivery instructions & put my stuff in the parcel mailbox . Only the owners can access that- not even the USPS could open for me. There is no rental office and b/c elevator requires a key they can

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean, well painted and plenty amenities. It as good as advertised! Amazing ocean and bay views from the huge rooftop deck. We would gladly stay here again.

We really enjoyed the property! Steps from the beach with a balcony that offered an amazing view! The ease of booking, along with the check in process, made our last minute getaway so simple. We would definitely consider staying there again.

If you want to sit on a large Terrace and eat crabs while watching fireworks or a beautiful sunset, this place is for you! Also, a Beach View! Our group had such a pleasant stay at this home. Everything was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked to meet all our needs. Overall 10-10. Can't wait to stay again.

Such a beautiful condo. So clean, spacious, and we had our own private deck overlooking the ocean. I couldn't wait to watch the sunrise from the amazing view. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance. I can't wait to return! Thanks for an amazing vacation :)

Amazing views of the beach and bay, very comfortable home-like feel, and my little kiddos loved the bunk beds. The terrace was perfect for sunbathing and having crabs!

If you are trying to decide where to say, I suggest you choose this property! The rooftop patio made you feel like you were on the beach without going anywhere. You have an ocean and a bay view. You can sit at the counter at the kitchen window in the morning drinking your coffee and looking at the water. The property was quiet. We didn't want to leave. It had everything we needed for a family of 5 (kids range from 12-19.) Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very well appointed and stocked with everything you would need. It was very clean and the rooftop private deck was awesome~ despite the chilly weather we still enjoyed it. The elevator access was perfect for my husband who has mobility issues.
