Check in easy. Very nice pulling in to this beautiful villa. Saw a ton of big bugs that looked like coach roaches but I know they weren’t it’s Hilton heads famous bugs they have that get inside the place but still very gross to see. They are huge so it freaks everyone out. Love how spacious the place is. Not very clean under the beds. My daughter dropped something on the floor and I got on the floor to pick it up and saw like 3 inches of dust Under the bed and the baseboards. Papers and pills were on the floor from previous renters. My daughter handed me two pills from the floor I never seen before. She’s 4 so I’m glad she knew to give them to me and not put them in her mouth. Besides that the place of location was very nice. The kitchen also had most of your needs. Two refrigerators and laundry. Pool was nice except the pool police/old lady that lives there next door was annoyed by our pool music that was down low by the way and it was appropriate music. She asked we turn it off and then my husband hung his towel on the balcony to dry it and she yelled at us for that and said we couldn’t do that. She was a Karen for sure. So rude to us!! Off of the property the beach was great. Saw the sunrise and sunset. Went parasailing. Loved that! Took the kids to the farm and rode bikes. That was our favorite part. The shops close by was also great. Lots of great places to eat at and grocery store close by. All in all great trip.

Property was super convenient. Pool is right outside the sliding glass door, so just steps away. Check-in process was super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great condo ... everything just as advertised

Location to the pool and Harbour Town are hard to beat! Stayed here for the second time, the pool area is completely remodeled and the owner purchased a gas grill while we were staying which was very much appreciated! Had a great time and will book again next year!

We have been coming to Sea Pines for more than 25 years and this was a great stay. We have little ones so the proximity to Harbor Town and the playground was important. We were pleased that the kitchen was adequately stocked with every kind of cooking gadget and utensil you could need. Lots of big bowls, pots and storage containers, which was nice. All the rooms were comfortable with lots of closet space. If you have a good amount of hanging items, would recommend bringing your own hangers. All bathrooms are updated, with the exception of the 3rd floor bath. When you call the management group, don’t be surprised if you just get a guy answering the phone with a “hello?”. It caught me off guard, but he is legit. Our family was very happy with the house and we would stay again.

We had a good stay. The condo was layed out so that we all had are own bathroom, which was awesome. My teenage boys loved having a floor just to themselves. And it was nice that my mom had her own space.We loved having the pool so close. The condo was clean. The location was great being so close to harbor town. I would have given it 5 stars but there are a few things that need updated. The mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable. The front bedroom needs curtains, there were only shears making it hard to change without thinking someone could see in. There were broken house decor like lamps in every closet, which was weird and should have just been removed so it didn't take up space. The back sliding door needs to be looked at because it did not work right. One day we even locked ourselves out while in the patio. All in all the condo was good and we had a great family vacation. We always enjoy Hilton Head.
