Stayed Jul 18, 2025Close, easy walk to the beach. Condo was nice and clean. Plenty of bath linens, but would have been nice to have some kitchen wash cloths and towels. Suggestions....maybe have some flyers of things to do in the area, places to eat, flyers for rentals of bikes, golf carts or chairs.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025This was the perfect unit for myself, my daughter (18), her best friend and two 6 month old infants. It was clean and pretty much baby proof. Nothing breakable was within reach. We loved that the two bedrooms are separated so we weren’t waking one another up. The beach and pool were close by. I hated the stairs off the beach access when bringing a wagon to the beach, you will for sure have to remove the children from the wagon then carry it down. Otherwise it was a fantastic last minute find for us. Towels and pillows were fabulous. There was two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and 2 trash bags in each trashcan. Which is more than most condos provide. Also the to do list for leaving wasn’t as long as other places we have stayed. Although we still did our part cleaning up. I was grateful to not have to check a list three times to ensure everything was done correctly.

Stayed Jul 23, 2024Overall our experience at this home was great. The location is just a short walk across the street from the beach entrance. The condo is updated and was very clean. A couple of things to be aware of: only one restaurant within a short walking distance and no grocery store nearby. We did have one serious but uncontrollable issue with the rental during our stay but the owners were extremely attentive and helpful. Very good communication and overall pleased with the experience.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024Security is top notch. I never felt worried about my vehicle while there. The property was kept clean and looked very nice. The property manager was very helpful throughout the entire process! ?

Stayed Jun 30, 2023Wonderful location with beach just across the street! Accommodations were adequate but tight with 6 - only seating for eating were 4 stools at the bar so one had to eat in living area. ( But we didn’t rent to hibernate in the condo, only to eat , shower & sleep ?). Please note:Only ONE vehicle is allowed to park on premises-Must make alternative arrangements if two or more vehicles traveling! Really wasn’t an issue for us-just parked at Geronimo RV Park. Loved our time in Miramar Beach with awesome owners & lovely accommodations! We hope to return soon!! Thanks Douglas for your patience!!
