Condo Application & Approval
✔ Reservation is subject to condominium association approval
✔ Background check and guest registration are required
✔ Application should be submitted at least 14 business days before arrival
✔ Processing takes a minimum of 4 business days
✔ $200 non-refundable application fee for the first adult or married couple
✔ Marriage certificate required to waive an additional married-couple fee
✔ $50 expedite fee may apply for applications submitted within 14 days
✔ We guide you through the process step by step

Stay Requirement
✔ Minimum stay: 30 nights

Parking
✔ One parking space included
✔ $50 one-time building registration fee required

Security Deposit
✔ $250 credit card pre-authorization hold required through the Boarding Pass
✔ Released 7 days after checkout, pending inspection
✔ Any deductions will be itemized and shared

Pets
