Our condo offers all the amenities and luxuries you’d expect, while being ideally located close to the best of Asheville! Come enjoy our mountain views, hike to a secluded waterfall, sit down to a gourmet meal, or grab a local brew in one of our award-winning breweries.



The Space:

Make yourself at home here with convenient features including 50 TVs in the living room and bedrooms, a fully-furnished kitchen, charger stations, blackout curtains, sound machines, smart locks, Amazon Echo, books and games for your whole group! Our home offers all the safety and comfort you would expect from your own home.



Come and relax in this 2 bedroom first floor condo that sleeps 6. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed, an en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed, and plenty of extra amenities to make it a great stay. A full-sized sofa bed is available with linens for use as well.



While you are in town, make sure you stop by some of Emily and Jon's local favorites. Grab breakfast at Biscuit Head and lunch at Home Grown. Be sure to end the evening by rocking and taking in the view from the porch of the Grove Park Inn. No trip to Asheville is complete without a day exploring the Biltmore Estate with its gardens, restaurants, shopping, and, of course, the house tour (an 8 minutes drive).



Guest Access:

Guests access the home using an electronic keypad with the code sent to you beforehand. There's no need to worry about keys!



Guests have access to the whole home, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen.



There are two designated parking spots for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

The Neighborhood is in a quiet, residential area only a few minutes away from the Blue Ridge Parkway, I-40, and I-240. There is an Ingles grocery store less than 1 mile away as well as multiple restaurants like Piazza, Nachos & Beer, Great Wall, and Subway.



Getting Around:

Guests can use taxis, Uber, and Lyft, starting around $8.

    From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. The condo was comfortable and convenient to everywhere we wanted to be. Be aware that this is a ground floor unit, so if there are renters in the unit above, you’ll hear footsteps. Loved the back deck… great place for morning coffee or a beverage at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again.

    My best friend and I are Asheville locals and we needed an away from home ‘staycation’ so we stayed here for a month! The place was clean and tidy and had the basic amenities covered, though the pantry was not stocked like it mentioned in the listing, so be sure to bring food. Everything worked great, and the space was well laid out. Loved the back porch! The fireflies put on a nice show for us in June. Also, the neighbors were respectful and nice, they even helped us jump our car one morning!Can’t beat being so close to the parkway and groceries and only 10 minutes to downtown.

    We really enjoyed our stay. Two comfortable king beds and two full baths, an outside sitting area, parking right outside the door, a grocery store across the street and the location was convenient to anywhere we wanted to go. Communication with the property manager was easy and closing instructions helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

    Only stayed one night but the property exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable and a good location. Well-stocked with toiletries and coffee. Beds and sofas were both very comfortable. We could hear the other tenants in the unit walking around a few times but that didn’t bother us. We’d stay again!

    The property was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Approx 5 - 10 minutes to get to downtown Asheville. We enjoyed both the amenities and activities downtown, and the beautiful mountains and waterfalls a short drive away. Easy check-in. Property owner/manager was communicative and responsive. No complaints.
