Welcome to Lighthouse 306, which we fondly refer to as our little corner of Paradise! Lighthouse is the most popular condominium complex in Gulf Shores. Located in the heart of the most desirable area in all of Gulf Shores, Lighthouse is literally within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops and lots of fun activities. And, it sits directly on one of the most beautiful sugar white sand beaches in the world!

Hate waiting on elevators or hauling your luggage on carts to your room At our 3rd floor unit you can literally park right outside your door! No more wasted time up and down crowded elevators. Unloading all your stuff is a breeze!

Upon entering our unit you will notice the beautifully decorated interior and 9' ceilings that give it a very comfortable, roomy feel. Down the hallway you'll notice the brand new 18' textured tile as well as fresh paint throughout the unit.

Off to your left is the bunk room with its own flat screen TV. We like to refer to this as the KIDS CAVE, because the kids absolutely love having their own little hideout!

Next on your left is the separate laundry room with plenty of space to work. It includes shelves and extra hooks for hanging your clothing, etc.

On your right is the guest bedroom with a queen bed and matching designer furniture with loads of drawer space and a flat screen TV. It also has a large closet with shelving. A separate door opens into the guest bathroom which features a tub/shower combination.

Next down the hall is the open kitchen, dining and den area. The kitchen has new granite counter tops and is fully stocked to meet all your cooking needs. It has swivel bar stools as well as a separate dining table and chairs leading into the den. There is also a pantry closet with lots of storage to hold all your grocery items and supplies. A regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig K-cup are supplied.

The den has a large 47 HDTV with DVD player and a stereo/CD player with an IPOD dock. The den furniture is very comfortable, and the decor really gives you that relaxed, down-home feel! The sofa makes into a queen-sized bed.

When entering the den you can't help but notice the gorgeous view of the Gulf right outside the full length glass panel windows and sliding glass door which leads directly onto the large balcony overlooking the beach and the beautiful pools.

Stepping onto the balcony you will find a round glass table with chairs as well as additional seating. By the way, we think you'll agree that our direct, unobstructed view of the beach is nothing short of spectacular!

Just to the right of the den is the beautifully appointed master bedroom with a king bed, matching dresser and TV cabinet with a flat screen TV and DVD player. This bedroom also has an amazing Gulf view via the full length glass panel windows and a sliding glass door that opens directly onto the balcony.

The master bath has a double vanity and large walk-in closet with all the storage you could want for your visit. Just beyond is the luxurious Jacuzzi bathtub and separate glassed shower.

With all the best amenities and the perfect location, Lighthouse #306 could be YOUR little corner of Paradise, too!

    I definitely liked the location. Also the parking garage being three levels allowed us to literally park outside of our condo door for easy access. We had a great view of the beach, and we spent time in the evenings sitting on the veranda reading. The pool was located below our condo, but the noise generated by the pool activity was minimal, and didn't bother us. The condo was nice, the king size bed could use a new mattress. I have back issues, so finding a place with a comfortable bed is a roll of the dice. Overall, we were happy with the condo, and location, and would stay there again. Joe stayed 7 nights in August, 2025.

    It was an okay stay because of the location and having family members rent 3 other units on same property. This unit was dirty and dated. The beach annd location is lovely. Short walk to rent jet skis, or have lunch. Parking outside the unit is convenient. But the condo was not clean when we arrived. A layer of thick dust on doors, the pantry door was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in months, showers had hair in them and the fabric shower curtain smelled of mildew and had mold at the bottom. The couch needs cleaning, coffee table was pushed up against the wall for some reason, and some of the dishes had food stuck on them. We’ve stayed at beach condos all over the country where owners leave a new dish sponge, a small dish soap and at least one extra roll of toilet paper but only item provided was two dishwater tablets, unlike the units our other family members rented. King sized bed was creaky and there was a hump in the middle. It had an old fashioned bed skirt that hasn’t seen a washer in who knows how long. Fake plants in same room covered in dust. After seeing other units, we would never stay here again. Also, there are two bunk beds that we did not use but the beds are small, only fits small children comfortably. Those beds are inside a very small room with no closet, just FYI. Washer and dryer was nice, there’s a keurig and regular coffee pot, kitchen items were ok but the knives for chopping were dull. The place needs updating and a deep clean.

    We had a wonderful time in Lighthouse 306! We love that you don’t have to use the elevator. It is close to walking/bike trails, restaurants and shops. The Lighthouse pools and surrounding areas are clean and well managed.

    We have stayed at this property 3 times now. We love having the beach and the pools available. Beach early....pool later in the day. The grandkids loved it too.

    The unit was very nice. The location was perfect. The facility is a 10! Kitchen was well stocked, although I would suggest adding more glassware as there isn’t enough for capacity of unit.

    We loved our stay in this condo! It was so nice to be so close to everything! The pools were great and very nice to have 3. Loved the beach access, most definitely will be back!
