Stayed Jul 8, 2024The condo was beautiful inside. However we didn't have hot water for the entire stay. Manager told our condo owner there was no problem. A few people told me that it was a problem on a few occasions that they stayed. Property manager Michelle was not warm and inviting. If you have teenagers this is not a place to stay. They can not jump in the pool and splashing isn't allowed. You are not allowed to have the door open to the condo or property manager will tell you that it's not allowed for air conditioning reasons even if you don't have the air on. The condo was beautiful but management doesn't demonstrate any pleasant customer service. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this property.
