New Complex! Lazy River/Slide, Beachfront!

My family and I have been coming to the beach the week after Christmas for nearly 10 years this condo was one of our favorites so far!

Exceptional spot for an unforgettable trip! We’ve now stayed at this property twice and it cant be beat. We looked at other locations in PCB/Destin etc and nothing could match. Very pleased with our stay!

The view was fantastic, we couldn't hear any noise from the pool, and the condo was super quiet overall. We loved hanging on the deck, which was very comfortable. Also, the beds were very comfortable, and we slept very well. The cleanliness wasn't up to our standards for a rental at this price point (floors were sticky/dirty upon arrival, there was mold in the ice maker and fridge water dispenser, no hand soap or disinfectant to use in the kitchen, one of the toilet bases was leaking toilet water). But all things considered, it was a nice stay overall.

The couch was a very light, almost white color and the cushions seemed dirty looking in some areas so I would consider cleaning them or getting a darker color couch. But it wasn’t bad and would def not stop me from staying there again. That is the only minor thing I saw. Lazy River was great and indoor pool is great for when the weather is not good to be outside.

The pictures don't do the view justice it is beautiful. We were close to restaurants and grocers which made everything so easy. 10/10 would stay here again.

This unit was well described and had everything that we needed for our stay. The views were incredible. We would definitely stay here again!

I wish the unit was better stocked with toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher pods considering the number of nights we stayed and the number of people that the unit will hold. The Keurig was an unexpected bonus, only wish i would have known in advance that it was there. Washing machine was quite loud. We enjoyed the beach and the indoor pool and hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked.

This Condominium was one of the best experiences we have ever had! It was a beautiful place with very comfortable furniture inside and out on the balcony. The beach, pools, grounds and even the elevators were kept very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We have decided that this is where we want to stay every year from now on... it was truly the best!

The only negatives were that the white sofa was stained and the rug was dirty and ragged. Toilet in one bathroom needs to be better secured to the floor. Overall I was very pleased.

Did have a slight bit of trouble reaching by phone to finalize payment rather than using internet on date payment due. Kitchen is not as well equipped as I would expect for unit that sleeps this many. White sofa not best choice with likely children on Lazy River property. LR rug needs replaced. Bar well equipped with Margarita machine and ice maker pleasant surprise. Condo beautiful and accommodated our group well. 4.5 star stay. Great location. Covered parking.
