Stayed Jul 6, 2025The place was disgusting, food on the walls broken icemaker in the fridge,broken blinds on the windows, broken toilet paper rolls, food under beds and inside the pull out couch. It looked as if sheets were not clean on ANY bed. No cleaning chemicals only a broom( straw broom). Bought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the whole place and took all the sheets off the beds and washed them!! so disappointed!!! Left msgs and NO responses from VRBO or rental until very end of stay :(

Very updated with very comfortable furniture and furniture and furnished kitchen. Nice views from the 18th floor. Kids loved the lazy River and water slide. We were very pleased that the beach was not crowded for this time year. They supply minimum for paper towel, toilet paper dishwashing soap andLaundry soap so you might want to bring extra. First time at Orange Beach and we liked it.

So convenient to rent chairs, have multiple pools, and be able to watch dolphins from the balcony. Overall, everything was great! There were some crumbs left in carpets from previous guests, but didn’t stop up from having a great time!

Condo was exceptionally nice, from the modern upscale beach theme decor to the spacious balcony! The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare any meal should you choose to cook on your vacation. We enjoyed the many family games available as well as the stand alone ice maker in the wet bar! Elevators were always quick as there are only 6 units per floor. Parking was plentiful also. The lazy river was a big hit and the ocean views spectacular! We will definitely rent this unit again!!

The location was close to but not immediately in the hub of the town/traffic; close to multiple groceries and restaurants. The condo was clean and well-maintained. The AC and all of the appliances worked well. The kids loved the loft beds. The pools, slide, boardwalk to the beach were all well-maintained. The front desk staff was lovely and helpful. The security team was a bit strict, but honestly, made me feel safer. We had a great time!
