NEW Completely Renovated Sabino Canyon Condo

The property has been remodeled and is a lovely unit. My wife was pleased that the kitchen was well equipped for cooking with a good number of pots and pans. The unit was very comfortable for a couple. Communications with the owner were excellent.

Great location with very nice amenities. Host responded to communication quickly.

We had a great stay. We stayed here a few years ago and it was perfect. Had everything we needed and great location. Host was great aswell.

I just spent 2 weeks at this beautiful property healing from some medical treatment. Morgan was lovely and checked in to ensure everything was going well. The location is easy and convenient both for driving and Uber. The condo grounds are wel maintained and it is quiet. The unit itself is very comfortable, clean and peaceful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We spent two weeks in the warmth of the sun and the convenience of this condo. Clean and efficient. We found everything to our liking. Just a few necessities were needed after we checked in due to the full renovation ie bath mat, Kleenex and storage containers for food. We would rent again

We had a great time and returning for the second year the place was well-stocked and the bed was very comfortable and the towels were extra large and plush

This was the 3rd year in a row that we have stayed at this condo and it was another great stay! Our condo was very clean and cheerful and in a perfect location to explore the region. Our host, Morgan, was a great host and she addressed any questions we had. I highly recommend this condo to rent

Biggest problem was, that the pool/hot tub were out of service and were not being heated. This was the case for at least 1 week before we arrived, and the entirety of our stay. we were looking forward to be in the heated pool and hot tub as part of our vacation, but this did not happen at all , the water was ICE COLD. One thing that could have been a big problem. The electronic door lock quit working, and if we did not have the physical key with us, we would have been locked out. I took batteries from a remote control and the lock worked for the remainder of our stay. some other issues,1)remote controls had dead batteries. I found some spares in a drawer, not enough to fix all the things that needed batteries though.2)The chairs on the patio were extremely uncomfortable, so didn't spend anytime out there 3)We could hear the people upstairs walking day and night.4)The rug in the front room is very dirty and needs to be cleaned or replaced. problem. 5) We had to check in late due to cleaning crew still at condo Overall the stay was nice, but the pool not being heated was a big issue

I enjoyed staying in this condo. The location was great, the bed was comfortable, all of the linens and towels were new. I had everything I needed for my 10 day stay and I’d definitely return. There are no stairs so this one is very accessible.
